This place is terrible. A"company price" of $14 to come out to rekey my friend's car and another charge of $105 for the key and labour become a ridiculous debate in the middle of a parking lot while he had been stuck hundreds of miles away from home.
Do not use them
The technician they sent out just did - showing up at the time. Everything was a joke. The bill ended up being $325, and just because I refused to pay any more than that. A fee on you throws for every thing - such as a $40 charge just because the security system of the car demanded a PIN.

NEVER EVER call those men. I have a multi unit rental, also am in Long beach. Someone moved out and had been looking to acquire the location re-keyed. So, I said if its a 15 minute thing then I will drag my toddler and 4 year old together and get it done quick, my husband was . .no one showed. . .The technition said Im in my way and called. I said Great..Im in the device waiting... 30 mins after I called him back stating where are you. . . .dont bother coming..he said okay and wasn't apologetic in any way.
Tiem was come by it . . I was flustered. . .my toddler was screaming his head off...I only payed it so I cuold get out of there asap...I called back 30 mins later and company said you already payed theres nothing else we could do.
Here is the WORST place you could chose. I spent two days of my period obtaining 4 locks sorted out and got way OVERCHARGED.
. .he arrived 25 mins LATE. He charged me 80$ to re key 4 locks. Then he charged me $15 bucks support charge (which I had been fine with and understood about) then he charged me $95/hr hidden"labour" fee. Their site says card is accepted by them so I thought great I need money. I give my card to him and he says hello its a $7 swipe fee. After locks that were changed 4, I was just given ONE key, so I have to pay for copies.
The office called me if the technicition showed up 10 mins later asking. I told him exactly what happened. . .He said he was sorry and offered a discount for my troubles. I said great. On thewebsite you get 10% discount, so I assumed I might get an additional 10% off for my difficulties that the day before, no matter how the technition called the office andthey advised him discounts could not be combined.
