Jack's Key Shop

Cons: none that I can consider.
I chose to stop after driving my this shop almost daily for years. I bought a"new" to me car and had an extra key. The key is fairly specialized but without transponder. Mike looked at it, understood what type of key and what to do. He's such a skilled locksmith...I used the key cutting machine and it did not cut the key correctly. He DID NOT quit! He wouldn't quit until the secret worked, and manipulated the machine! Had I moved to Walmart or someplace else, I'd feel as if I'd have out of luck! Mike would not quit till he got it he did! The price was right, professionalism and the service was amazing.
Pros: parking, location. No wait period. Professional expert support. Price was fair. Mike was friendly. They have a few chairs so that I could sit and wait. Oh and also a water machine!

Managed to come out to my car quickly and provided great service. Provided an OEM key to me. Jack was extremely professional. When I needed another key I would call back

Was discounted for a good 5 mins while I waited, and somebody came in and was assisted.

I must say... Jack has amazing customer support. I purchased a key with them around 3 hours after my automobile was rejecting the key. Jack come out to where I was to help and and provided a complete refund. Fantastic support! Thanks Jack!!! :)

I've been needing to replace the battery in my VW fob and have been super lazy do it! I stopped in here randomly and they have been useful and so nice! Took him less than a minute and cost me less $10. So stoked! They've a huge choice of keys and accessories along with their customer support is really on point! Going to recommend this store to anyone I know that's having issues!

Jack is the best! Very knowledgeable and professional. My Keys were stuck in the ignition. He quoted me a super reasonable price (in comparison to other people I had called). Showed up immediately and did an superb job fixing the matter. I would use again and highly recommend.

Jack deserves 5 stars and is amazing. Very professional and helpful. This is actually the second time he has come out to key among our units that we've and also the first time that he actually did it for free since the key worked but it was hard to tell since it was so sticky and wanted just a little oil on the lock. They are highly recommended by me.

I love these guys. I managed to schedule a same day appointment for them to change all the locks. I had forgotten about a metal door in the garage in the quote. They upgraded that doorway .

My mum's car was stuck at the Chula Vista Center at Macy's with a dead battery. We moved back into Macys and purchased a brand new one. Is the parking. It was packed until a spot opened and we had been circling. It would be easy peasy, out there, BUT the car door wouldn't open! What is up with Honda CRVs?! The key would turn, but it wouldn't open and there's no keyhole in the car! He had been in communicating with me while we waited and he arrived about 35 minutes afterwards. It was dark. I kept a flashlight to get Jack about the driver's side, my husband held the other one and helped direct Jack as he manuevered a wire to pull on the hood latch which was deep near the side. Because even if he pulled on the door handle from the inside, the door wouldn't open following the hood latch, we moved. It took 20 minutes in this weather and 3 attempts adjusting each time to the wire, then he got it! We felt as though we won the lottery! I told Jack! He might have left once we got the hood opened, but he remained to help my husband set up the new battery, he offered to bring some tools out and a rag and remained until the car turned . Jack was an all-around fine man, and friendly. JACK'S THE MAN, if you ever need a locksmith!

Jack is a lifesaver!!! Got me dropped keys at a really inexpensive cost and to my Lexus Fast!!! I have done all my research and shopped all around for quotes! They gave me crazy numbers. He won with a landslide. Customer support that is very professional and wonderful! Im going to recommend him Guys if you don't have a spare key to your automobile GET ONE please... and if you don't heed my warning and lose your key... Today I brought to receive 4 copies and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Never will cope with getting keys in a hardware shop or Home Depot ! Fast, fast and affordable. I am bringing to get copies made until I lose them! The experience was cheap, simple, fast and uplifting. Will recommend to anyone that needs locksmith or keys. Thank you!

I had lost my secret to a ship. I called a few locksmiths and they did not do boats. JP Motors were called by me and they recommended Jack. He came over right away and was around the corner. He had no problem with the ship, charged me half as much as I had noticed people. In the description that is little I could give him he managed to find a key and cut it when he put it into from the marks which were made.
The guy has been in business. He is also quite sensible and honest, and a nice guy. I would strongly recommend him.

Was in a jam and had several keys made. The store was clean and offered services. The locksmith was very effective and courteous, I was out and in within 5 minutes. I had the time to have a beer in the couch next door, now that my situation that is key was cared for. Would highly recommend.

Fast, Jacks shop and professional is a gem. I brought in, a key that was ruined and glued to the shop hopes to redeem it. The locksmith had a solution and also the casing I needed for the 2007 Eclipse. I was ready to pay double that which I was billed. Fantastic service and quick! I certainly recommend this shop to our locals in beach and anyone who needs a locksmith that is friendly that is qualified!
