Quick, friendly and moderately priced. It took less than 10 minutes and that I didn't need to figure out some machine in the grocery shop.

Because of my positive experience I moved with Dependable Lock and Hardware when I replaced the locks. Their rates are extremely reasonable considering care and the individualized attention I received as opposed to ordering online or going to a chain shop. Bonus which Jacob is willing and able to install the locks too. Nice family-owned small business. Would certainly recommend.
I had been locked out of my house recently and gave Dependable Lock and Hardware a telephone after locating them by a yelp search. Jacob was kind and prompt - after he arrived, he had my door open immediately.

Avoid this business. A door knob was purchased by me from here and the box had been open, when I bought it. I asked him if there were any components, but Jacob said no and he was trusted by me that I should not have. I asked my handy man to install the Knob for me, but he could not since there were missing screws and a part. I took the knob back and asked for another individual in a box that was closed. Jacob basically throw me from his shop and was so rude and disrespectful to me saying he will not provide me service. He shot my knob and yelled at me and asked me to go sue him. I needed to support the businesses in my city that is close and it was more convenient also, although I could go to Belmont hardware. Nobody should support a business that is so disrespectful to the customers. Be aware

Walked by here and remembered I needed a key made. Great to have copies since a household also loses their keys.

He charged me $182 for a Schlage B 660 that I later found for $89 on Amazon. He charged me $236 for a Schlage B 662 that is sold by American Locksets online for $132. He put the parts for the B 660 together and the backplate was obviously the part with screw holes far too wide top match the holes. Fortunately, I retained the side and it fit perfectly.

Found Dependable Lock And Hardware Through Yelp.Although the locks are old, Jacob had the keys in his inventory. As anticipated the duplicate keys worked.
Jacob was considerate and super effective. We had the duplicates made in less than 15mins flat.

Hardware & dependable Lock is in reality very reliable!! I needed quick and fast service to get them out and locked my keys in my car. One of my friends had advocated Dependable Lock & Hardware to me personally, so I chose to give a call to them. The locksmith, Hagop, was very reasonable and very nice ! The service was excellent and he got the keys out for me. Then I got some keys made also and went to visit the store! Excellent choice of hardware and distinct important designs! I strongly recommend Hardware & Dependable Lock!!

Dependable went above and beyond to help out me, and that I shall always bring my business to them in the future due to this.
He made me a copy, and when I made it home it didn't work. I moved back and he made me another copy, and IT didn't work. At this point he really took the opportunity to return to my flat (free of cost ) and check out the lock.
I moved to reputable lock to get the key for my apartment copied. Routine, right?
It turns out the lock was having problems, and could have stopped working for me altogether. My apartment manager managed to get after that all the keys worked and it replaced.
