Unbelievable. UPDATE- after all that, took my previous door away and then realized they have the incorrect brand new door. Putting back and coming back . . .it's never end.
After I had to reschedule due to the fact they called saying they could not make it before 930pm to start a 4 hour job installation time was 1200pm to 600pm. Tech calls at 730pm I called the dispatch and was advised they are running behind, once. Tech says out 30 mins. I wait. Tech says out 30 mins. I wait. I technician says 22 mins out and call. I wait. It's now 1030 pm Thursday and I am still waiting to begin.
I know this is a 24/7 business. If I ever find myself at a garage door emergency at 19, and that could be a benefit. On the other hand, the complete lack of courtesy and professionalism regarding"timely" service given that a 6 hour window astonishes me.

Our garage door had a broken spring. We called to get a time to get a fix and were given a 4 hour window from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. After no contact by 6:45, I called and was told the tech was on the previous job. We rescheduled for the day, and that he showed up late. We had been quoted $125 to replace the spring. The guy went to function, and two hours later presented me with a bill for about $980.00, telling me that he had to do a"transformation". I was not consulted about needing a transformation, and had just expected to acquire. TOTALLY SHADY and total rip off.

My bad for not asking if the company would repair the unit. Lesson learned. So it seems that I'll have to repair the opener myself. There is a video on YouTube that shows how to make the repairs; I might need to get help placing it back up after the repairs and taking down the broken unit, although it's about a 20-30 second job.
My Lift Master garage door opener collapsed on account of the drive gear being chewed up. I checked the version, contacted the producer who told me that the repair kit to dictate which cost about $40. Since I'm somewhat disabled, I contacted All Door Solutions, informed them what the difficulty was, and they dispatched a technician who informed me that the"repair" was to replace the entire unit at a price of roughly $550. He said his company does not repair older openers since"they couldn't guarantee that the unit would get the job done." I told the technician I was not interested that a kit was sold by the producer for precisely this kind of repair and I only wanted to find some service from the unit. I expected to pay a premium for labour to the parts and to repair the unit, but it would be a whole lot less costly than a new unit. I told him that I had been very miserable with the service of his company and paid the $40 service charge to him.
So, my review and low rating for All Door Solutions is based in their position for which the producer creates there is a parts kit to replace the entire unit and that the only way to repair an older unit with a problem. They're not willing to repair a garage door opener to save the customer money.
