I then looked at the Yelp reviews and found them on the List of Angie. When I called about re-keying file cabinets and doors at my mother's home, Randy wanted to know if the front door and the doors into the garage were the manufacturer. That I wasn't sure about the doors although I understood that the front door was a Kwickset. He had been upfront with me if they were Schlage locks that he couldn't re-key the garage doors. In addition, he said that it would be easy since they're brand new, so the key could be used by each to re-key the file cabinets. I was happy that Randy was upfront with me.
A week later, I scheduled Randy to 1) re-key the file cabinet to match the present file cabinet key; and two ) re-key 2 garage doors to match the front door. Randy gave me a time assortment of 2-2:30 PM on if he'd arrive at my mother's home and he arrived at 2:15 PM. He gave us 2 additional keys along with a 5% discount and honored the Angie's List voucher. He also lubricated the door handles on both garage doors and made sure that the left side latched and of the front door was procured.
He spent an hour and needed to telephone Cannon to find some support. The charges were half of what he quoted on the telephone. Very professional and friendly. Highly suggest speaking with Randy. I heard. Thank you for your help.
Called support and they said to have a lock & smith come out. Called Dicktalked with Randy and's. Very informative and came out to my business with an hour.
Needed my office knob/lock appeared at. Ryan handled too, and came by, took a peek, one place that was repaired, but realized the door knob itself was in need of replacing. Was in and out in 15 minutes. I administer a community page, and I will be recommending these guys later on! Super efficient!!!

I discovered this business on Angies List. I had to find a door locks replaced. This company is family owned and the service is professional from the initial phone call. If I have another lock problem, I will call them again.

I recently called them again to fix another issue - my side gate door wasn't aligned properly so anytime it got windy, my side door could open on its own and slam really tough (I am sure my neighbors were pissed) so I chose to get this fixed as soon as possible! I called Randy in the afternoon and he was pretty much available whenever. I told him since I need to get to work with a certain moment, that I preferred morning. He had been respectful of the time by getting it fixed and showing up right on the dot
When the lock would not remain locked so I had to phone the team of Randy in for help first time was for my own sliding glass door! They came ready to go and on time. The cost was reasonable, affordable, and to this day I have no any difficulties.

Amazing service! I've always chosen to use the companies which are here in the town to support the local market. Their services had been employed by the prior owners of the house previously and the tradition will be carried on by us. The receipt also signaled that they were on the list of Angie. Of course!

In late January we moved into a remodeled house. Called Dick's Lock and Safe according to Yelp reviews. The owner, I believe his name is Randy, and his wife came out and re-keyed our front doorway and re-keyed both garage doors to coincide with a door that is newly installed. They arrived on time, even early, and finished. The cost seemed fair and the doors work well. We'd certainly use them again.
The locksmith industry is smarmy. The company's listed online are for the most part companies utilizing bogus addresses that feed into one dispatch. They absolutely prey on people in situations where they've dropped a key or locked them. Refuse call and to overpay another locksmith, good luck, you get the same dispatch. Dick's is trustworthy and with reasonable pricing - a light in what has become a dark industry.
Ryan fixed the keying issue and bolt difficulty and came on time, I had with the Andersen patio doorway. Another difficulty I had was that the front door was hard to unlock on occasion. Ryan took the lock apart and fixed the issue. Ryan was comprehensive and professional. The service was reasonably priced, particularly in contrast to the Andersen dealer in Brea I had called who wanted $189 to come out to just ascertain the problem (any labor and parts were along with their $189). We would recommend them and would definitely use Dick.
I needed a locksmith, after moving into a new house. Dick's was recommended by my sister to me. Danny came the same day I called and did a great job installing new locks on the doors out. Highly recommend!
I haven't had much use for locksmith services, but discovered Dick's to be outstanding. I had been locked out and they arrived in approx 20 min.
