Thank you for the excellent company, I would recommend them.
I seldom write reviews but I had excellent service today who advised Steve who mended the deadbolt that the effort is being made by me and my appointment.
We attempted to change our front door dead bolt ourselves and couldn't get it to function. Steve told me precisely what the difficulty was, repaired it and repaired another issue which we didn't even know existed! He gave me a lot of info about locks which was helpful and was witty.

I locked myself out in Irvine around 2am. I called the locksmith along with this service was there within 20 min. Lifesaver. The service was fast (10 minutes ) and affordable. This is the person/service to contact, where you're locked out, if you're in a crisis case.

Locking out yourself is not the rare unfortunately when you are someone like me. I found this business and my phone was answered on the first attempt at 10pm on a Thursday. Reasonable price for prompt service and for when you are out of options since you are a goof:Alex was a life saver, coming inside just 30 minutes and then obtaining the door open inside 10. He even reassured me if he could not pick it open, he wouldn't charge me... But he did it! Thanks Alex! Hopefully we don't need to cross paths again:/

These people just abandoned.
The ceremony was great and the man who came out was favorable. Sure, it's pricey. Expensive to make me remember to bring my damned keys next time.
I got home from running a marathon to figure out the BF and I'd crossed wires about who had been bringing keys. So I am tender, sweaty, quasi grouchy, and... locked from my flat. Ick.
These people answered, were here within 30 minutes had my door unlocked in 30 minutes. I had been quoted $125, but only paid $120 since he didn't have change and that I had bills.

Arrived in time, got the work done efficiently and fast. Super sweet and sweet, but did not let conversation get in the method of unlocking my door! In and out in ten minutes and told us his life narrative meanwhile. Would call.

Chirstian got the key out so quickly I didn't even notice came to my house in less than 10 minutes, and proceeded to make decent conversation. Would recommend it to anyone needing to get into their house.

Look for a locksmith. Open says me.... He utilized an Air Wedge and pried the door open, left a little scuff mark.
If you can request Adam. He was courteous, fast and concerned so he'd explain why he do it, what he was doing, and gave me a heads up before performing it. I appreciate that. Super solid tech for certain.

Apartment lockout, 25 minutes coming, Saturday Afternoon, 20 minutes to open my door, $160 projected on the phone, paid $160 in my CC.

Slick charge card trade & email reciept. Nice.
I would consider a career change if I had the patience! Minute for minute, this man could earn $3000 /hr, lol.

Waited around 20minutes, and a dude showed up. They had been the ones that showed up on google and the ONLY one in which a human picked on the telephone up.
Now as I TOTALLY effed up money well spent.

All in all, a great experience. I plan on using them again in the future when I replace some doors .
I just moved into a new home and called All City to put in some locks. Steve O'Neill, the locksmith they delivered, was chatty, incredibly friendly and quick. He also took the opportunity to answer a bunch of questions I had about the security of my home, and he appeared honest. He gave some fantastic advice to me too.
At $25 per lock and $75 for the appointment, it was a fantastic deal. Because I did not have them to start, that was ok, I needed to pay $10 extra per lock.

Looks like I will NEVER lock out myself - however speak about treatment
It was a surprise to hear that it is gon na end up being nearly double after being quoted for 80
I dunno if I received a different person coming to unlock my place than the reviewer.... However, what can I say - the guy that came out to assist me was a d!ck.
I called them as they were one of the 1st ad which because I had to get into my place I saw, and did not wish to haggle individuals. The lady said the guy will be"RIGHT THERE" which ended up being 30 mins. After about 30 minutes of him complaining about how he's having a tough time.... He explained he has to drill it - and its gonna cost me more, and $20 MORE to make it match my old key

This company claims to be 24 hour, but they did not answer the telephone at 5. I called 3 times with no success along with the voice email is not set up. I would not bother to call this business ever again.

Two appt's with these men and both went wrong. First one - locksmith installed doorknob incorrectly requiring a return trip to fix. Secondly appt went without anyone showing up in my home and came and no telephone calls. . .no nothing. Then, when I complained the following day they had the unbelievable nerve to say"We had been there. Where were you??" Waiting in my home poking at my head every 10 minutes to search to their truck/van. Dishonest and undependable. Avoid.

Highly recommended! Dan from All City Locksmith was quite professional, knowledgable, and friendly. He billed the best rate and was punctual. I called 3 other local locksmiths. Dan came in my property to locks that were 8 different. He even gave me 3 new keys at no charge.

I had locked myself. I phoned All City Locksmith plus they'd Alex return my phone - he had been very prompt in answering me and gave me a flat fee of $125 to open my door (seems pretty standard across companies to get a late night call.) I phoned him updates on when he'd be on his way and that he kept me was understanding and very friendly and posted.
The sole reason I do not give them 5 stars was because I needed to wait for an hour and a half for them to get here. During working hours that this would not be the 11, I envision. Either way, great overall experience.

He got my door open over 30 seconds when he got here.

I phone back since I really must get in my room, not only did the locksmith arrived at the previously moment, AllCity locksmith hoping to have something done for the afternoon. It only took less than 1mn to him to start my room.
Call AllCity Locksmith at 11h30, scheduled a trip for around 1:30 (the man was on a job somewhere).
I lost my keys following one of these San Francisco night and found myself outside of my room:-LRB- (but thank god in my apartment!!) At 3 am on a Saturday night, Oh well I choose to figure out it the morning after and slept on the sofa.
So Sunday morning:
Landlord comes in with all the keys into the house but none of them works ( that is my fortune ), cue in the despair blended with hangover blues.
Attempt to reach my landlord first. From 8 to 11.
So I call to cancel the schedule trip, my landlord get back at me

Locked myself out in a moment-- right as my movers arrived. Called All City, and they had a person. The locksmith was nice, given how frazzled I had me in my apartment within the moment, and had been. He also clued me into SF ordinances about landlords locks when one tenant moves out, and the other moves in. Great man, and beneficial in a less than ideal situation. Cost me $100, which appeared to be on the side that is less expensive. Worth it for in, and also to remind myself not to be a entire idiot the next time that I leave my apt.

Adam got back me into my flat after a lock out and quickly was quite efficient.

First class, quick, responsive, & reasonable... An fantastic outfit & great neighborhood resource.

3. The price was reasonable.
1. One of their employees arrived at my construction within hours of the call.
2. The issue was solved economically and effectively. No more additional trips to get unique products or tools, no scheduling another trip to finish up things, etc..
I strongly recommend All City Locksmith -- I understand I won't ever bother with anybody else.
I have a small apartment building in the Mission, and I found All City Locksmith on Yelp about six months ago. Since that time, I have used their services three times. Every time, the Exact Same thing happened:

Althought this was at 7:30pm on a Saturday, he had been on time, humorous and friendly. I am hoping that I dont break my key , but if I do, I know what number to call.
Steve made us look like fools - he had the key out in 4 minutes. I told him we should have timed him.
