When I do, I will only call Ridgetech although I am hoping that I will not need a locksmith again!
There was some confusion when a second number began to call for my advice. This other man claimed I had called and told him to come out (I had not) and that he had a nearby speech but not my true speech. When I inquired what company he had been with, the phone"strangely" appeared fuzzy so that I could only make out the word"locksmith." This other individual was not given any information by me.
TL;DR: call Ridgetech first for fine workers, pricing, and fast service.
Getting locked out is never a fun situation. I ran to get a bundle but forgot to grab the keys. FortunatelyI had my phone and that I was not locked out of this building. Admittedly, I predicted a company that was different first that was closer but the price felt high. I am so thankful that I predicted Ridgetch Locksmith next. Eli answered the phone and was quick to send a tech.
To Eli, I achieved after the call to make sure this person was not who he discharged. I gave Eli this other number. He then followed up with this individual and called to inform me it was NOT his tech. Another number began texting me with different rates. Yikes!
The tech of eli did call me. He was very nice, Eli was his dispatcher, and confirmed the rates and knew my advice as it had been given by me to Eli. He arrived quickly (less than 30 min) and was efficient, friendly, and professional.

I named the business around 2:30 PM on to work on my front door lock. The new cylinder that my building's supper had installed had come out. I was advised that I would be called by Tom 4:00, when he would arrive, and know. He predicted at 4:30, and was there shortly afterwards. It wasn't cheap @ $145, but he was fast, and professional. He was out in in less than 15 minutes. He had correctly set up the cylinder, and'd tightened the door handles that had been loose, and had come off times. I'd call them.

Going into an year living in NYC a naïf, I'd not yet seen the demand for an array of locks. I thought that was the cliched defensive residential tendency of another age - that the NYC of pre-Giuliani years, a blighted and sterile NYC, that bands like LCD Soundsystem and new transplant kids wish was still that state of matters, because it's so much more real than anything it is now. That's keeping it really real.
Following the burglary, I hunted for local locksmiths in Yelp. Eli was our apartment about one hour after I called. Within a minute of coming, he swiftly demonstrated the way that was probable that someone got in. It was nauseating to see I'd been vulnerable in this flat for at least three years and that I'd exposed my wife she's lived here. I knew we needed to have that lock replaced. And more locks added. There is no changing a landlord's negligent nature.
I appreciated Eli supplied on the way to better secure this flat as he set up a new deadbolt and rekeyed the door to the insight and safety guidance. Also he even took off his shoes to walk through the flat. It is a small gesture, but after a home invasion, it means a lot.

I called Peter in Ridgetech Locksmith attempting to get assistance with replacement. I thought I would have to have somebody come out and replace the entire lock and deadbolt system. He managed to give me some tips on and it worked!! and how best to perform myself to it It was the type of service of which I had been deeply thankful for although that was surprising. I'll always call them. Thanks Peter!

Within 24 hours that the company reached out to me regarding my complaint. They were willing to lower the cost, after discussing the issue which I had. Thank you!

These guys are I had a recent issue with a roommate that I needed to kick out. I phoned them to change the locks & not only were they really really nice & patient with me about the telephone, they provided great rates and also the service was quick. I had been able to text message of the locksmith's with pictures of my locks. Furthermore, the locksmith was on other kinds of locks on time & provided information that I was considering. Locksmith arrived for a late crisis call for a lockout in under thirty minutes. Was expecting a much longer wait. The locksmith got me in to my flat without drilling the lock out and was friendly. These will be the guys I call while I really hope should I do, I never want an emergency locksmith again.

Because I learned from both the owner and the technician I just want to update this. I would like to make it clear that the technician was quite kind and accepted 50 for the job and that the owner offered to pay the difference between what I was billed to me and what I was quoted. Would like to state that the technician seemed very proficient. My only problem with this experience was that the misinformed dispatcher, that apparently is part of an agency that operates on the weekends to the business.

Locked my keys in the house and these men arrived in less than 15mins. Super friendly and helpful. If you've got a doh Certainly call them! Instant like I did.
