After a harrowing 13 hour auto trip (thank you Mother Nature) we returned home after 10 PM on Sunday night. I will spare you the specifics but within 5 minutes of arriving, we got locked out of the house. I began to freak out since it was cold and I am pregnant I had a dog with me. . .so I called. The firm that picked up and attempted to assist was Locksmith Pros. It was a little rocky in the beginning but once the severity of this situation impressed, they were able to have out a technician over 15-20 minutes. Were they pricey? YES. Butagain, when you are locked out of your residence at 10:30 on a Sunday after driving 13 hours....and not just one other'24 hour locksmith' in city is answering, you just take what you can get. They were fast, got the door open and the tech was pleasant and friendly . Would recommend them at a serious jam.

Get it programmed to my motor vehicle and I needed to have a keyfob. I had the Toyota part # and Locksmith Pros was not able to provide a quote. I offered to provide the keyfob part #, but they said before they could provide an estimate, the tech would need to see my automobile and only indicated it could be up for keyfob and $188. They also needed to charge a excursion charge that was $35 when I was prepared to bring them the vehicle. They said their centre was under construction or maintenance. Not good service if they are unwilling to actually provide a quote for a product and service... Just idle in my opinion.

I do not recommend calling Locksmith Pros. I was quoted a price of $35.00 for a excursion charge and $17-29.00 to rekey the lock. When they arrived, I was told the rekey fee was 95. I refused the job but got stuck paying the excursion fee.
