I wish I'd have read the review from google (see below) before calling them. I had been told over the phone to re-key every lock could be $20-40 (and I'd 3 locks to re-key therefore I was thinking $60-$120). The exact prices would be determined after the tech scrutinized the locks and started working on them. The technician came , barely glanced at the locks, tried to push me into changing the locks for doors, then handed me a quote to sign for $58 plus the $19'service fee'. Fortunately I looked in his poor handwriting a little nearer and saw that was per lock! He was being deceptive - the quote hadn't been clarified by him and there was no total. This should happen alot since he was instantly ready to walk away (but using the $19 service fee) when I questioned him about the cost difference. The man was so shady I did not want him in my house although for a second I thought of getting him re-key the locks anyhow because it had to be done asap.
I work for these guys for five decades and I had to stop because of the dishonest things we were instructed to perform. 19 dollars would charge for 35 dollars and a service call and up for labor but nobody would get it. I had been toll to get as far as I could out of the client on car unlocks we'd tell the customer look at it since all automobiles locks are different and we'd need to come out. 180 to 300 if we can get it would be charged by us. On house unlocks we'd tell every client they have high security locks and we'd need to drill their lock since it could not be chosen so then we'd drill it then we'd sell them a new lock that cost 5 dollars and we'd charge around 200 to 300 dollars to get a new lock that they wanted us to get 400 to 500 for the entire job. If we'd rekey their locks more money would charge them, we'd tell them that they have a 6 pin lock and we quoted them pin locks. They also would fraud google by flood google maps with ads that when you call them it was always us so that we'd get the calls what. They have phone rooms at New York and at Colorado. They wanted to put locksmiths out of business by putting 5 to 10 ads so that they wouldn't get any calls. They said *uk these other locksmiths we are take over this business and f*ck google we can't be stopped by them. We'd always get into issues with the clients. They are dishonest I'm ashamed of my people stay away.
