RUDE!!!! You could tell the lady at front desk hated her job right. I explained exactly what I had and she said that they don't come out to just re-key keys. Had she chose to listen to me, she would have understood precisely what I desired. Rather, I took her rudeness as a sign and said my goodbyes. She didn't say goodbye and hung me up. They lost my business!
I'd give zero stars if I was permitted to them. My expertise is as follows. I locked my keys in my car so I googled locksmiths and they are the closest so I called them they told me the support price is 19.99 with the fee of $25 for complete $45. I was told he would be in 20 minutes but I ended up waiting an hour to the tech. The fee could be $165, when he got here he told me. I called the office and they said that since I am a first time customer that they can give a 50 percent reduction for a total of $130 to me. Then I diminished the ceremony in which the event the secretary kept on trying to get me to pay. I wouldn't recommend this business on account of the way I was handled by them. It seems like they do this and eliminate it customer needing to get into their car.
