Fast! We got locked out of our house at noon on a Day in July. We had a baby with us (and that I was planning to tell it to this dispatcher later he gave me a quote on the arrival time). The phone was answered by them on the ring and told me that they'd have a technician in our house within 6 minutes. And they did! - Fastest service I have received, and that I didn't even mention that the infant.

Fast service and friendly!! I've got a 05 Kia and the FOB quit working. They supplied me a new FOB and I am rather happy I can lock and unlock my SUV using the remote. . I recommend this business to anyone who wants key/fob replacement Super nice people! A++++++ really happy!!!

Really impressed with the service I received! I needed a for the Acura. I went into their store location and they immediately and economically made the brand new key/remote and programmed it. He took his time to explain everything and was very professional. Very happy and will return again. I can not say enough great things about the support I received - thanks!

Locked yourself? Not my very best day! But I was amazed by how quick APEX got to my house (less than 30mins) and how fast they got me back in my car (less than 10mins) and how fine the man was! Hope to never need them again but won't be losing their number anytime soon either:-)

This time around we needed to have our locks in the home changed and it was great. With in that 1 hour Ken showed up we gave him the guards and I called and he'd in about 1 hour. He programed it and it works wonderful. Before he started working he gave us the quotation. They are strongly recommended by me. Fantastic prices and super professional.
That is my 2nd time with Key and Apex Lock. They are extremely active but super nice and super professional super dependable. The very first experience, was that I needed two remotes and in that they did not have the remotes he and his brother tried their very best to get it working it would not sync our Kia. BUT, he did make that was just fine and me keys without the remotes. That he went into the automobile and MADE certain that they both worked.

The location is hard to find, it is nestled behind 7/11! On Havana and Jewell -! That having been said, the guy who helped me out gave me a better bargain on recutting / replicating my 1983 Yamaha maxim bicycle crucial. I called first because it is a rare key, and they ensured me that they might replicate the key- normally to have this work done it would cost much more ($40 or so) but he cut the key for $8 bucks!! My experience this was stellar although it looks like this is sort of a 1 person shop! If I have any lock or essential needs I will definitely return in the future. Customer support, pricing, efficiency have 5 stars, my only complaint would be the location and the employee said they're renovating and waiting for a new sign!! Go here for needs that are lock and key!

This business is amazing!!! I've got a 2000 honda accord and the key stopped turning the ignition one morning. Everyone else that I called said that I had to replace the ignition and quoted me 75-100.00 to simply come look at it even when I told them I thought the key simply had to be recut to mill size. That price didn't include the fix or labour.
Nick from Apex showed up before our scheduled appointment time (that is excellent in my book), was very professional, fast, and VERY reasonable in price. I had one key that didn't work when he showed up and I have 3 keys!!! I can use him again for any additional locksmith services.

Cameron came 20 minutes after I called and opened my deadbolt. The cost was 82 which seemed a little high but it was 10:00 pm and that my apartment direction made me to fend for myself. Thanks Apex.

We just moved into our new condo and did not get a key to the garage door the next day so of course there I shut the door in my car still with my clicker. Rekey the door for us and APEX had someone out in under 15 mins to select the lock! In less than 30 from my call we had a key and that I had to make a promise to my husband to never leave the clicker in the car again! Thanks Guys!!

I had to earn bmw 2002 keys since I dropped my keys somewhere. I found them and got price. He came to my house and make the key in just 20 mins. Nick let me since the old one was lifeless in altering car battery. I would recommend people apex. Keep this up with the work.

Must be one of those days. Anywaysback to the situation - googled up a 24/7 locksmith services and few companies poped up, APEX Lock and Key Co was the closest one to mepersonally, so I gave it a shot, even known as their number, a male who has answered the telephone, was polite and easy going to talk to, explained entire unlock procedure and fees arrangement. Costs were fair, so we've agreed for them to come. They arrived very fast (impressed!) They were close by still.
Yesterday, at the conclusion of the day, before each 1 left, I moved to garage to put something in the car and to move it nearer to our workplace and inadvertently locked my key inside the car....car was left operating. It never occurred so I wasn't able to feel that this is me. I put close focus on exactly what we do and where my keys are.
What can i say? - very happy with service recommend their support for many of my friends. They appear to provide automobile cutting for most cars, so I will go and perform a key for my auto in the upcoming few day, we'll see how that will try post an update in the future and will proceed.

A fancy site does not equate to work that is honest and capable. I learnt with this corporation. I had them come to cut new keys for my bike and the locksmith (Ukranian guys) was able to lose all electric power to the bike that was functioning prior to them coming arriving. It is not the simple fact that this happened but when he said I'll come back to fix the issue??? Off course that didn't happen and that I needed to spend $300 and another 2 weeks to receive my bike fixed. Thanks for you honesty about returning to rectify the problem you caused me to APEX. I recommend NOT to use this company of my recent experience.

I somehow lost my car key that was only and once I finally gave up the search for that, I began the search on a replacement. I've a sidewinder key so I knew it was going to be fairly expensive where I went. I depended on APEX after phoning about ten locksmiths and dealerships and I am glad I did. They came out to my home within 30 minutes had the best price by over $100, and were extremely friendly, courteous, and self explanatory about what before and after they made the keys. I would recommend APEX over any neighborhood locksmith for key replacement.

Very excellent and professional service! I had the cut that was key and purchased a spare key from eBay. I called that I programmed it myself and Apex plus they could cut the key for me off and it worked! All said and done, I spent $20 on $17 for Apex and the primary to cut the key. $37 to get a new key with a key fob (Keyless entry) - compared to the hundreds of bucks that are charged at dealerships. Very satisfied and highly recommend their services!
