Quite happy with the friendly service. For three important locks one dead bolt added and 6 keys cut was 209. Showed up on time and cleaned up the mess. After calling a rival, My Lock Doc, I was disgusted from the hang ups when attempting to setup an appt., attempting to talk to a call centre in Chicago (which sounds just like I was speaking in a barrel) and their guy was 1 1/2 hours to the agreed appt I cancelled with them and I called Russell's. Boy am I happy!! My husband and I were very, very pleased
