They sent someone to satisfy my husband in the car, and there, the car's computer was reprogrammed by him and provided a key within 30 minutes. Terrific service, very friendly and professional, and a really reasonable price for something which could happen to be a nightmare.
Grateful we discovered GLK!! We lost our past Prius key and were locked out of the car (and of course not home as it happened). We really dreaded having cover and to make it towed to the dealership, so we thrilled that GLK managed to get us on our way.

They gave me a wait time for an hour and some change and I called and he had been there in 15 mins, talk about fast! Price was good when compared with dealer prices. They are, referred by ill def. The office girl was so wonderful aswel.

I went into the bank and at the amount of time I there made a residue somehow my car keys disappeared!! Even the security guy helped me seem and they were nowhere to be discovered!! I phoned GLK and made me a key with distant, opened my car and they arrived within a quarter hour. I am so happy I phoned them, they were very friendly, quick, efficient and best of all rates.

Typed in my needs an offer came in a while later set an appointment for yesterday afternoon 9:00. Edwin shows cut my own Hummer in about 30 minutes two keys and up in 8:59 created two keyfobs. Without shopping 9, Fantastic service I'll use again.

GLK was contacted by me after reading the reviews and I must mention they are advertised. Their experience is ONLY using Automotive locks and keys. I made an appt and Andrew was quite prompt and professional. He was able to schedule a new key fob ( I purchased from the Internet ) for my vehicle and cut two valet keys, as well in a hour; actually, more like closer to 30 minutes.

This organization is fantastic. They'll forever be my"go to" firm for replacement keys and remotes. I phoned several companies for quotes and no one came close to their own price that was quoted. They were quick, efficient and incredibly fair.
Remember, this is a business and they don't list a physical address. Don't let that dissuade you because I found them to be professional and very reliable.

I would not even think about using these men. $85 only to cut a key. Are they from the heads?

BEST SERVICE EVER!!I was given the run-around by lexus. I had to tow my car to the dealership, had a rediculous cost and then were not likely to make my key after the car got to them. 3 times. There was no emergency service provided .

Glk were EXTREMELY professional repsonded to my phone, arrived the exact same day and gave me a much better price. I would go so far as to get an excess key made from them because of promptness, the price tag and remarkable customer service. Lost key? Do call your dealership. Telephone them and save money, time and a headache. Where your money is admired not just accepted go.

Great service. Got quotes over the phone for 2 Toyotas. Received affirming call the evening prior appointment. Edwin was quite professional and came on time. Completed the keys very quickly and explained the differences in programming, master versus non-master keys, etc.. Highly recommend!!

Been a few months and my fob that is new still functions fine.
GLK is superb. Don't go to the seller period, it is more expensive and you have to commute. GLK comes to you and does all onsite....for cheaper.

Since I'd understood the total price to be $135 and $35, I was shocked when he billed me $220 later he cut everything. He proceeded to argue with me and blame me for mishearing the quotation once he showed up because he never affirmed the price for the 29, and I was angry. He didn't wish to take any responsibility for the simple fact that we had both misunderstood each other.
Yesterday, I misheard the price quote. I thought he said $35 for the basic spare key without a distant and $135 to its key case (together with my distant inside as my case was just cracked). I explained what I wanted, After he showed up to perform the work and I thought that he knew a spare key with no remote, and that I didn't need a distant the case part the distant goes inside. He didn't affirm the price for that service. Nothing was put in writing .
I am still upset I had to contend like that with him, although I am happy that I am getting a partial refund. I truly can not recommend this firm with this tech having this"the client is wrong" attitude and trying to humiliate me. You'd think a good business practice is to provide some type of written quote to the client as they do on arrival and the prices are not posted online.
I was upset that he tried to humiliate me by playing my call from yesterday back on the phone speaker to prove I was incorrect. I heard what was on the line that was listed, however I had not repeated it back and together with his emphasis and the background noise on the phone it had seemed to me as if he said not and $35 $85. If I'd known I got a key with a remote instead of just the situation with my inside of it , I would not have asked without a distant at the $85 price.
After 15 minutes of arguing that he was losing money because he was having to talk to me he finally said he charge me $135 to the key with the remote and just would refund the additional charge.
When I suggested to him that perhaps he must confirm with the client the price of what the ceremony will be once he shows up, he gave me a very long drawn out hypothetical narrative about when they did that the client would call the police !! What?!?!

I recommend GLK highly. Among the car keys to my 2013 Prius went missing and that I needed a new one. I did a little research and came across GLK. They lent me a cost up front (that saved me $100 over the merchant ), communicated clearly, came to me, arrived first, were prompt in completing the key and demonstrated that it functioned.
I was very happy with the experience.

I Have a Lexus. So I called them from choice and a search. Within 2 minutes of discussion of what I wanted, I had a solid quote along with an appointment set for same day - actually an hour and a half from my phone for them to return to my property. The quote was actually cheaper than me having supplied my own shell.
The technician arrived 5 minutes before time that was scheduled and I'd received a call from store informing me that the technician would be arriving within the next ten minutes. My key was finished by the technician within 15 minutes and tested on my automobile. All professional and flawlessly executed.

They make great cars and REALLY crappy important fobs. This is. The trader is way to ridiculous for a new key. Additionally so I needed a shell - no programming. I have purchased shell on the internet previously and taken the shell. This time GLK tried.

I dropped and broke my key downtown, which was a reminder of awkward tendency. GLK made the procedure simple and enjoyable. My partner, Andrea, voiced the company (particularly Andrew) was exceptionally responsive and competitively priced. I was able to experience the exact same experience with my technician, Joey. He was knowledgable friendly and eager to assist. I plan on using this company for my locksmith highly recommend them and needs. Fantastic job!

Once I need a key for a Lexus GS contacted GLK 350 I purchased. Got the automobile from a broker. It had been off rent however, the agent had one crucial.
Andrew from GLK polite, was very professional and arrived to my home. He received my new key set up in approximately 45 mins.
I'd called a few services, but GLK was reasonable in cost and dependent on the experience, I'm extremely satisfied.
Will be calling them again should I need help using keys!

They arrived within the hour, called me back in 9AM and got it done quickly and at the price they offered. Could not be happier with the service. Would highly recommend. Save $100 going into the dealer which is not like the towing I would have payed! Highly Recommend.

Their estimate included a fee for exploring the issue.
After doing some research, I found that the fix shouldn't be that expensive, and that a locksmith should really does it. I phoned around to half a dozen different locksmiths, and has been given estimates which range from $140 (GLK) up to $300. I gave them a call, since GLK needed a Yelp evaluation, and they have been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The tech worked with my husband's schedule to meet him after work and finished the fix in about 20 minutes.
