The only reason I am giving them two stars is because, when they do a job and call you back, they do it. If you'd like a copy of your key and do not reside in the'burbs, then you're out of luck as you need to pick them up from their office! A neighbor of mine put it up to pick up a spare on a Saturday (from the Tinley Park place ) and they did not possess it for her. She moved all the way to Tinley Park from Woodlawn and it was not there! Frustrating. They have been given up on by me personally and for our condominium construction, inadequate customer service dropped them a lot of business. A good deal of business considering our construction plan to replace our front locks and doors...

No stars - called double"we're on program" even though they were already an hour later than our support window after which"he must be there in 20 minutes" - no one showed as of 5:30 pm. Guess they just don't need the company!

Great small locksmith location. They can and I locked my keys in the car and opend the door. Friendly service.
