Sherman Lock & Safe

They know what they are doing. I've had home keys cut that worked the first time. I've had a 2004 Lexus key cut that nobody else (other than Lexus) were prepared or able to do. They said that I could save some money buying the key that they sold me (for a reasonable price) on Amazon the second time I had a spare. The service was friendly and productive.

I predicted with an problem with out shop front door when it closes locking itself. We made an appointment for days. When 5PM came and went and nobody came I called to ask if someone was still coming (5:15 PM). I got their VM saying they're shut (Close 5PM). We needed to have someone else fix the lock.
Guess the don't have to many of them. .

Sherman Lock installed two very different types of locks: an electronic Schlage keypad on my front door and an 1800's antique-style lock on the 1/2" door to the cellar. Sherman Lock came thru with flying colors and since the house was built in 1800, some extra effort, ingenuity and tradition installation was demanded and didn't charge any extra for the work.

They are professional, fast dependable and won't overcharge you. The world would be a better place When there were more companies like this !

These guys are great. They could quickly copy car keys with chips inside them. Don't visit a hardware store! These guys know what they're doing. Im website they could do lots of other things too.

I'd like to improve on that. . But I can not! The guys at Sherman cut a transponder crucial to me. It worked every moment & the first time since and was done in a couple of minutes.
A couple of keys that are new also cuts from worn copies -- so worn that previous copy attempts left me. Again, it took just minutes and it has worked perfectly.
The costs were also great -- in fact getting a few of these keys that are worn cut was much cheaper than home improvement stores, a key that worked could cut on. I could go back there again and was really happy!

This shop's owner is RACIST. Unbelievable items I only heard since I walked in, two young women with visibly dark skin had only parked poorly outside the store and the owner, an elderly white man, was ranting about"where would they think they are, AFRICA? Crouched down by a pond in their panties covered in mud" (a DIRECT quote) Continuing to create horrible racist remarks because he walked to the back room once it was clear I would not engage with himI am white, which must have signaled to him that I'd sympathize with his disgusting remarks -- EXTREMELY disturbing. You give your business to this place. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

They try not to run credit cards for purchases under $10, and I copied a key for $2,25, if you have it, so try to earn cash.
This area is cheap and incredibly friendly. They have knobs as well as some old safes at the store, doorhandles, and other metal hardware, also.

My door crucial broke and I did not have a spare backup, so I called Sherman Lock and Key believing they would have to come and set up a new lock. They made new keys and told the lock to be brought by me into the shop. They did the work in less than 20 minutes, also.

I needed to get in my house after having locked the keys inside inadvertently safe. I had ruined the safe trying to split it myself. I brought it and, with no comment or eye rolling, they got to it. If it does, hopefully this never occurs however, I'll use them again.

Desired 5 secured re-keyed at a pinch after closure on our condo. They could get all 5 and cost was very fair.

Have been here to make secrets. Always friendly and reasonable.
I thought I needed copies Now. They had been so pleasant helping me undergo baggies of miscellaneous keys to figure out I had two collections. There was nothing for them in it. For helping, thank you and yes this is on.
PS. Home Depot was out of the blanks I needed and wouldn't take my key off the ring to replicate it but these guys were happy to

I had some arbitrary keys that the ace hardware store that is my couldn't replicate. Sherman took care of them while I waited for quite a reasonable price.
You can not conquer a local, quick, business that is reasonably priced.

Enjoy them. Hopefully, because I locked myself outside taking the garbage out, I will not have to phone them back.

I was able to schedule an appt for the next moment and called them up because I needed my locks changed. As she took my advice, was cheerful and pleasant. I got a call letting me that the locksmith was on his way, the next day. All of 3 locks switched out and created me five keys in about 20 minutes. All the keys worked in all the locks unlike some of my other keys created at other areas (I am considering you Ace Hardware). The prices seemed reasonable also it was a cinch.

The saved for me at 5:30 on a Friday night. The lock into door of my office wouldn't and froze turned. I called them hoping that they were there they came down and fixed my issue, and even though they tried to finish up and go home for the weekend. Fantastic customer service and reasonable prices too! These are the guys to see if you every need a lock changed or a key made! Highly suggested.

So, I has been amazed how quickly and cheap duplicates were left by them and went to Sherman's. He took the opportunity to show and describe that the reason for the grinding and also helped to grind away a small protrusion. Very friendly staff.
I would highly recommend and was happy.
I bought a bike with which I received only 1 key. I went to create copies, and they advised me they don't make copies of bike keys since the cartridge will not fit into their key cutting machine. I wasn't exactly sure what that meant, but among those workers recommended Sherman's.

I went there to find some keys made today for 2003 Kia. This is. They did an superb job duplicating the key, and the person who helped me was really enjoyable to do the job. I have had difficulty previously getting old keys so I felt better here getting done with a pro. Highly recommended.

Two, bottom line. It is not suitable for me to get a place to park in downtown Waltham therefore that I will won't bother going back to have the keys"mended". The prices were great, $10 and were made within minutes while I played mahjong on my iPad.

This is a locksmith that is fantastic. They are knowledgable, friendly, sensible and hard working. It is a family company and they treat everyone like family. I've used many different areas and this is the best. Completely family staff pleasant people who work hard to help you out.
