The business changed the price at last minute and billed me 10 percent sales tax. No permit or the techs title on bill (prohibited ). Their tech refused to give his name to me and came in an unmarked white van. I circled the bogus the 10 percent sales tax. It's a service, not the sales tax and a product isn't even 10 percent. Very scary business and dishonest. I filed a www.bsis.ca.gov criticism. In California it is the law a permit is carried by them. They had no credit card approval.
Now this technology has my keys and I called their line and they won't release information. Tommy their tech didn't give his last name to me and was unlicensed and that he is not the girl who is on this permit. Look up their permit it's a girl (not a man). Very illegal!

Do Not call this Individual he has customer Support he think his making you and takes advantage of your situation a favor

So I contacted a couple of locksmiths and Tom gave the very best price Fantastic company, I locked myself! Very individual who cares about his job, will contact if in need or perhaps make keys for my truck.
