Joey arrived smack in the midst of a three hour window, clarified all services that I asked about, a quote was made, the work performed quickly, and after completed, had his helper walk through all work that they completed, had me test the keys and locks, also presented the bill for the price quoted. Very efficient and professional.

Locked myself. Joey told me he'd send somebody who may get in the lock without breaking it, however if they had to twist it off would cost additional (which seemed weird, but I consented ). The man spent about 10 minutes trying to"jimmy" the lock with a credit card (which I had already done) and then gave up and explained he would need to break it. The whole reason I hired an"expert" was to AVOID breaking the lock, but it appeared this man didn't have any authentic locksmith skills in any way. Worst thing was, he went to charge $40 to pick it, and ended up charging me $60 to twist off it with a set of pliers, which any human being would have readily achieved. What a joke.

I had difficulty since it didn't have any screws replacing my deadbolt. Did not get any clues, although looked up a great deal of movies on YouTube. Found Jory's ad on Craigslist and he asked me to send him pictures of the deadbolt. He phoned me and told me the trick to remove it. I love the honesty, which is difficult to find in the modern world. Joey could have not shared the tip which would have required me to hire someone. Thank you Joey!

Walked up for this establishment with house key in hand, asked for 2 copies. 2 minutes later I paid 2.50 (1.25 per key) and was back in my own vehicle. Both keys work flawlessly. Can not ask for more.
