John DeVito seems to be a great man on the surface but he is a scam artist. He did put in a new lock that ended up not functioning and needed to be serviced. His customers are overcharged by john and he lies. He explained he is charging me for purchasing the lock from the 17, what he is charged but he charged me $100 more. He installed new lock and used batteries out of old lock (reason lock was not working correctly). He explained that batteries looked but 2 of 4'd rust on them. He wanted to charge me more to come back out to fix the lock that he just installed 1 week back. Buyer's beware and stay away. John justifies because the cost was agreed to by me, he overcharged. I agreed because I trusted him to provide honest and fair support. John has no integrity and is obviously not fair.
