The owner is very rude and unprofessional. Another lock smith in the city who could not meet our needs and our requirements refered by means of this business us. As a company owner who doesn't have much time ,I asked that he call me when he knew if he would come my way. I am called by him after he is mad I am not there and is already at my home and the car battery was dead. As the customer asked, well, next time . Got an admitted with my husband once he took over the conversation for me since the owner was being rude for me. We will never us or recommend your business. And we invite other folks to look for another locksmith that may meet their requirements as well with out be made to feel like idiots. I am not sure how this company stays afloat.
Owner is very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He seems to believe he's currently doing you a favor and their are not any additional locksmiths around. He is expensive and on top of that is really a jerk.
