Came out same day to change the locks we purchased. Changed locks and gave three keys.

I got 3 additional quotes but Roberts quotation was the very best rate so decided to go together. Robert kept his appointment time and was friendly and very professional. He rekeyed the lock and it works flawlessly. Quick, friendly service with competitive pricing.

Robert managed the replacement so fast and efficiently. He was the first to react to my quote request and also the most economical option (which was a bonus). I strongly recommend this company.
I called them to install and I got the components mixed up and wanted assistance installing it. So I want a lock on my bedroom door, I rent a room. He arrived out same day it was $35 outside the door because I already had the lock. I consented. He installed the lock then attempted to bill me $85. As it wasn't what I agreed to cover I refused to pay that sum. He held me hostage in my area for 20 minutes until I paid $50, which is all I had in my card to him. I am 6 months pregnant and couldn't believe this guy had the nerve to scam me. I would not recommend this guy to my worst enemy.
Robert is a great guy. I called my girlfriend who had a for her residence him the same day and he came out. He gave her the assurance and was extremely nice for her she had to feel secure in her place. I recommend him to everyone and anyone who needs any locksmith job done.
