They offered me $80 on the telephone and said that the locksmith is going to appear in 30 minutes.... 1 HOUR LATER, the locksmith came and quoted me $173 after he opens the door.I attempted to negotiate a cost but the man would not budge .These individuals will manipulate your vulnerability. The lady who answered the telephone was nice and useful although I did not wind up using their service, so for service they deserved the inspection. I asked about having a secret made that we thought we lost a secret to. She advised it will be better to cut it off and purchase a new one rather than paying for services, and then had me send images through text. So her honesty was A+. Much appreciated

Regrettably we secured ourselves out tonight! Found this business on Google (using neighbors mobile phone because we were locked outside without ours), and they came to the rescue! I'd say it took around 20 minutes and once they got here he had the door opened with no harm done to our door/lock and it took 2 minutes to the man. While expensive we felt was reasonable for the quick service, cost us 135 $ which. It is never fun to be locked out but when it happens it is great to have a knowledgable company!

If I could I would give them no stars. They have service that is horrible and they are crooks! They billed my card for a fee that has been covered by my insurance. The guy that came out even provided us a"discount" if gave him money. DO NOT USE them I assure you their integrity is crap!!!

Jessica is AWESOME. Words cannot explain how cool and personable she is. She is also good at what she does. She thinks fast on her toes and is a problem solver. While she had been rekeying my front door lockan asshole stole her most important tool and we called the police and made a police report, however she did not get her tool back; however, she immediately created a new strategy of attack and solved all my problems for the night... She remained until 11 o'clock at night, during multiple unforeseeable issues which arose (for me) and caused the police to come back to my house 4 times during that 6 hour interval. I didn't know her when I phoned her to do the complicated job, but she turned into my friend that night because her activities unmistakably told me how she cared about my private situation. She unlock your door or rekey a lock and doesn't come out, she honestly gives a shit whether or not you invest your time and your cash being in your own situation.
