They have done replicate for two of my Trucks . Literally less than a minute!

And today we've got a warranty issue(s) and you have our new product lol and you also won't release us?? You want me bring the flaw to you, to leave my MAIN FRONT DOOR WITHOUT LOCKS and pickup the replacement? And you reply to me" that's not my problem". Lol. That is wonderful!

I've spent a Great amount for my Emtek products (will not go into detail concerning the$$$ $)
They have zero customer support, I have been considerate together. "The proprietor" and MR JAMES

Acted dumb once you learn the Emtek products are lifetime warranty and my products are not even a year I don't know who you remaining in business!! and are robbing from their $ $ $ You messed up on our first order... everybody had their thumbs up their $$s and did not know how to answer as to Why our products were lost rather than correct. Then they popped up! After I had to raise my own voice. Perhaps that's what you are used to? !

Amazing place super atmosphere. James was helpful couldn't locate and aid out me by copying keys that I needed to visit four other areas. Home Depot is included by that! James was very helpful with facilitating key copy process that is entire. Even stamped"do not duplicate" marks at no cost. Highly recommend this location and James!

This critique is based off our in-store experience. we decided to give them a shot, first time in, read the reviews. Missed to get his title he was courteous and kind, went in 5 minutes he got our keys replicated with no situation and before they shut. Affordable as well. They have colors and layouts if you would like to pretty up your keys.

About a week ago I Purchased two LiftMaster remote clickers from this place among Those Clickers which was given to me in a very old faded box did N't work so Now I decided to go back and buy another one Because I'd lost my receipt when I walked in I let them know about my situation and"James" a store Worker or manager not too sure decided that he was not in a good mood Now and curse me out I Had Been so disrespected I should have checked the Yelp Testimonials before Committing my Company to this place if You Would like to get yelled at disrespected and Cheated shop here

The guy who Arrived to unlock my car had really Fantastic service but I Believe is so unfair that when you call That They give you Another pricing then what gonna charge you the Woman Informed me anywhere from $25- $45 and I ended up paying $126

The site says that the rate is $35 for a home lockout and $15 for the support call.
Well I ended up paying $256 to get in my apartment!! And now I've a deadbolt. . .which they offered to substitute for $70!!! When I declined they offered to decrease the price

Allsafe Lock & Key is a excellent business. It is family owned and they treat their clients. We first called them they responded quickly and when we moved to our home about one year ago and rekeyed the exterior locks all in our home. There were several that had to be replaced and they were very responsive and professional. We have called upon them in on several occasions and were responsive and ensured their work all. Their workmanship is excellent and their rates are fair. I highly recommend them.

Way overpriced and deceptive. Rates stated on website are not any where they charge. I believed it was going to be no more than 100 but my bill was 377 for a flat lockout (took less than 5 minutes). What makes me more furious is your approach to final pricing.
It usually begin with
1. Them attempting to start your door (an action show to make it look difficult)
3. Suggesting an alternative way to opening your door (which is extra service/charge)
Be wary of their company plan...
4. So as to fabricate the maximum amount them wanting to make conversation.
Technician stated he wished to drill in my door and he would replace the knob for another charge. I declined and he said he would try to continue to pick it. Voilain 3 seconds he opened my door.

They advertised service call and $35 charge. The man showed up and demanded $180 to unlock it. He started shouting at me when I told him no way, demanding to know how much money I made, etc.. .
I wasn't having it. These men are a scam, but if you discount their hard guy facade or yell down, you are able to sneak them pretty low.

Crooks. When I asked why they quoted $35 about the website and asked me for $250 when he came, he told me it's basically because they have the market cornered and I have no other choice... Fu*k these people. Do not believe the website and go someplace else.

Theses guys are unbelievable! My garage door malfunctioned and I was stuck trying to start it in 100° warmth... in the time I called the lock smith'd my garage open in a an half hour. Not took him a half hour but a half hour in the phone call. Great professional service that is super

From studio keys to keys that are programed! Just ask for James and he'll be sure that you get the support you deserve. All star service & staff all the way!

Went through with this since the tech was fine. The disclaimer about charges being higher than advertised (apparently residential lockouts begin at $35.99, and a $15 service charge ) doesn't justify the $150 price for picking a lock. Ridiculous - suggest picking another locksmith.

They do work every moment and know what they're doing. I urge my renters to him all the time. It is the only area I replicate my keys.

Crooks! They tried to charge $55 for just showing up if they tried to charge $195 to ruin my deadbolt and decide on a different lock. When I said no and told him to leave he said I owed $55 for the service evaluation. By the way the site states it's only $15 for this. This was 2:45 and I was fed up and went to have to pay either way so I agreed and then he chose at one lock and drilled through my deadbolt I have to substitute. And did not even clean the mess up. When ALL THREE of my cards ran they stated my bank each declined them for fraud detection. I never got a notification from my bank which I consistently receive by text message in a few minutes. So they made me move to an ATM for money to pay. I'm pretty sure this was a con. They got $160. Lesson learned.

I had a representative after seeing $35 for a home lockout online dispatched. I was trapped outside in the car with my husband and a two month old baby that the day and many places were closed or inaccessible. An agent for Allsafe Lock & Key revealed up and I sat in the car with my newborn as he worked on a price estimate together with my husband and told him what he'd need to do since it was cold. My husband advised me that the rep stated that it would be $35 for the house call, plus an extra $189 to drill through our deadbolt lock and came back to me. Thereafter he explained it'd be an extra $189 for the other lock to be chosen, and came up with a price tag of $473 for choosing the doorknob and drilling a hole in my deadbolt. He tried for the deadbolt to be replaced by us for cash, and the lock for more. I am after seeing the price which were billed on here, FURIOUS, and the way their customers are being scammed by them, particularly those MOST vulnerable just like a youthful FAMILY WITH A NEWBORN BABY STUCK IN THE COLD. That is the reason I paid even though it was a ludicrous amount!!! and let it reach there I will be filing a lawsuit, I have already screenshotted their site, taken pictures of my totally shattered front door and the mess all around the ground with shards of metal that the rep failed to wash up for his $473.00 fee and I have pictures of all of their false commercials and I have kept all of the receipts!!! I'll see you in smallish claims court and you may BET you've been reported to GET IT TOGETHER.
And if you DARE come on this post lying about what happened I PROMISE YOU I'll post REPEATEDLY with RECEIPTS, PICTURES, AND FURTHER PROOF OF YOUR LIES AND EVIL BUSINESS PRACTICES UNTIL YOUR REVIEWS (probably just as fraudulent as you all are and composed by your employees) DROP INTO THE NEGATIVES!!!

Called a different lock smith initially and they said the project might cost extra, and required a particular van. (placing a new lock to function with two different keys)
I phoned Allsafe and they said it was a job. Had someone on site within an hour(Rob I believe) he was honest, professional, and stuck to the original quote even though there was a little more work than he expected.
