We had an urgent need to rekey the locks. Chad responded promptly, was punctual and very professional. In addition to rekeying our locks some extra upkeep was completed by him on our locks. Highly recommended.
I found/called Security Houdini's Lock & within my search to get a Locksmith, Chad said he had a job downtown and could fulfill me afternoon/early day, which he failed phoning me 15 minutes prior to arrival. I introduced Chad a Schlage lock which we lost the key to and he was able to alter the cylinder to match our locks. Not only was I impressed that he took the time to help me on this non emergency issue on a Saturday but he only charged normal weekday rates, which had been considerably much less than what other companies would have billed, particularly weekend speeds (I did call other companies checking their pricing). Chad has our family's business from now on. . .We Highly Recommend this company...
What a great experience! I contacted one of the Google ads"www.skylocksmith247.com/SpringTX" and they had 4 distinct guys call me, they all said they had been in their way, they need to send out a mass text and everybody calls you, just how annoying! A garage door guy showed up and - wrong techguy! When a locksmith really revealed, he wanted to charge me to get me in the doorway, not replace, mend or rekey anything and in addition to that he had an attitude, what a joke!!! I googled Spring Tx Locksmiths and got a hit Houdini's in Spring- seemed like a small business which was a relief- The Houdini guy (bad with names sorry) was great from the start- the ideal attitude, agreeable, empathetic, more than reasonable rates, obtained here in 20 minutes, was very enlightening and offered to re-key my locks at a reasonable price- all collectively STILL less than that which another firm wanted only to open the door.... Don't go anywhere else if you live in the Spring area - I can't give enough praise to this guy.
