I scheduled a ceremony to help rebuild the air (not an emergency situation) on the lock of our front door along with the tech billed my spouse $199. The technician and no components spent 15 minutes in our house.

Called the business to inquire did.
Over the phone we had been quoted $39, and told that the technician would call us. 45 minutes later we hadn't heard a word from the technician, so I phoned Del Mar Locksmith backagain. The worker on the telephone was quite apologetic and polite and was upset that the technician hadn't called us yet. She told me he would call very shortly. He finally arrived, by the time of their original call over an hour. He told him we had been quoted for $39, and that he said he could not perform it for anything less than $115. Because by this point I wanted to get into my area we finally agreed on $80. It took him about 20 seconds to unlock the door. Next time I'm kicking down my door and hiring a magician because that'll be more cost effective.
Extremely unprofessional service and company. I said I would call back, and called to have a price quote for their services. When I called the man said he had been booked and I'd talked to was extremely rude. He responded by saying he had been booked for the upcoming few months, and I asked when he would have services available and promptly hung up the phone. At no point was rude to him, so I do not understand what prompted such service. Expect that it saves someone else from having to deal with their rude behavior and my only recourse is to write this Yelp review. WORST SERVICE EVER.
