We had Rick install a new security system with door sensors, motion sensors, and cameras. Rick came out the same day I called him and had a quotation for all of us. His co worker and he showed up first thing Monday morning and started working straight away. He asked if we had some special requests confirmed what we do, got to it.
He was right on the money and estimated that an install of two days. The present motion sensors were outdated and not functioning properly so Rick comped us new ones free of charge. They moved out of their way to hide the camera wiring (you can not even tell it is there)!
The whole system is quite clean and easy to use- they cleaned up well once they have been completed. Mahalo Rick!
It omits a high pitch noise every afternoon and we live next door to somebody who has this system, my neighbor is not there. They went to do nothing and I called the company, they did not care either way. THESE ARE INCOMPETENT CON MEN. Do not waist your money it is nothing but a sound attached to nothing. It won't save you.
We Have been using the services of La Jolla Security Systems for years. They also have installed motion/heat detectors along with a CCTV system. They returned to convert the security system.
I strongly recommend them.
We had an security system is replaced by them. They returned to provide the updated detectors when we had double pane windows and windows. They coordinated their program to accommodate the contractor, which required multiple visits.
They are customer and quality service. Very fast to respond to calls for service or queries. Punctual for service/installation appointments.
La Jolla Security Systems is brilliant!! Not only are they really helpful and nice, they are so fast to respond as well. We had a small issue and they came to fix it. Nathan and rick are so nice, they will answer any query you might have and never make you feel rushed to find it out. Took me several tries to work out how to use our alert and then they walked me through the processes helpful!! I would recommend them to anybody who is in need of an alarm or door lock change.
