They are a five star business since they have been able to reach us the day we call for service. Additionally, their fee to scrutinize is minimal and they've always been able to do the job....right then also there.
I had them out today to repair a deadbolt and I understood they were late for a fantastic review here.
I told. . .but I really don't think he knows what yelp is! He and his company rely on word of mouth to get their business....which is the reason I am letting everyone know how good they are!
.
Now when the technician came he out set up a deadbolt that actually had to be substituted and repaired the lock so it would not pop open.
I must know... have used them a few times in the past few years for both our vehicles and our residence.
I state this company owner seriously misrepresented quality and the kind of goods and services to be provided. I am considering suing for the expense of getting somebody else do this job in tiny claims.
24/7 Locksmith was predicted by me. A man who introduced a card which simply said"Locksmith Services" came to the home. Hard to tell who you are doing business with it, but got this name in the web site rubber stamped on the receipt. These individuals (well, 1 man ) came to my home afterwards I called their number and was promised they were going to provide me a"Lexus caliber" key. I took that to mean initial gear or, more likely because the locksmith isn't exactly the Lexus dealer, its equal. The locksmith provided me with two keys, NOT ANYTHING LIKE original gear Lexus keys, inducing key-less remote, panic button, etc.. The key, along with the programmed chip. I said, that's not exactly what I was promised, and inquired why. He explained the key-less remote fob with panic button could have cost me an additional $100.00. Buthe offered, if I'd pay him $600 to these two keys, and when I'd order the hardware to the other key fob, he would come back and program it for"free"
Fast I call him to come to the home and receive the hardware and application it. The locksmith says,"Oh, THAT kind of key? Well, I'll need to have another $200 to program that." What other *$%^& kind of secret did you think I could possibly have meant, I thought. And I asked him that.
