The individual they had call me was a class A 1 a$$hole. First of all it took him to respond once I said hello. Then he smugly, it's very odd, I mean that he literally smugly said did not ask,"you still need to have a key" I said yes and he asked me what kind of car and that I gave the information to him if they gave me a price I said yes and that I told him the price they gave me and he smugly said, and then he asked me, NO. FInally he asked,"how many businesses have you known as?" I said. #TRUTH At a surprised tone that he goes"one?" and I said yeah. He tried to indicate I'm confused, getting other people's prices mixed up with their prices. I'm not likely to pay this individual that much and that I said you know exactly what if you've got an issue with the price then you can be upset personally. At a really condescending way as if I was a child speaking back, '' he said"WHAT?!" I repeated myself and that I simply got all confused and I said you're being a jerk and he said no I'm not and I was just like you are so very good luck with your client and that I hung up. I promptly called the company back and complain to them about this individual and the girl who replied she wasn't much better but she finally chilled-out and was courteous to me receiving my criticism and that I told her I'd rather pay someone that more or much who is not being a jerk. These people are coming to my house and I'm giving them a good deal of cash for their skills and their support but this company and this man? NO.

I phoned MLS on behalf of a Senior Citizen who was locked in the mall on a cold day. Prices are checked by me very carefully because she was worried she would not have the ability to pay a high cost. I was quoted a entire cost of $50, such as the fee. The locksmith arrived very quickly, which was fantastic. But without touching the car when he arrived he told me the cost would be $130 on this model automobile. I told him we were quoted $50 and he explained it was because this 2008 vehicle had a security system. I gave the model and make of the automobile on the phone. I told him not to do the job and he explained to tell me we could pay and his manager would be asked by him he would need to accept $15. I told him 50 was our quote, but that I had lost hope in his or her company. THIS IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN A HELPLESS SITUATION!!!!!

If I could give a drawback, it would be got by this corporation. I recently called this company to have a spare key made to get my car unlocked. The first person to answer the phone wasn't very friendly in any respect. Create a spare key I had been quoted one price and I requested to have someone. The tech stated that he could be and called. Once the person gets there he is there to unlock a crucial is not made by the doorway and charged me. So when I called the shipment again the next lady was really nice and polite and informed me that the man did not place it intot he system so she subsequently discharged and person out to cut a key. That tech also stated that he would be there in an hour he stated that the charge had been gon na be $ 185 so all in all it costed $235 and arrived 2 1/2 hrs afterwards! So I called to talk to a manager and was told that the manager does not function in the weekend. So I called Monday morning to talk with the manager and the moment he got to the phone that he was unprofessional and rude. He had been cutting me off as I had been talking to him was saying that they are a referral service and that on the weekend that the technicians could take up to two hrs to get there I totally understand that although due to the dispatcher not putting it in pc properly we wasted 4 hrs waiting on two unique individuals and spending $235! I wouldn't recommend this service at all it is unprofessional and a rip-off!
