Bay Locksmith are reliable! I have called them a few times to re-key our house and they're quick and professional. We urge Bay Locksmith to our friends, clients and loved ones. Total service firm!

From there it was downhill... he threw a tantrum on the telephone! This really is the perfectionist in him recognizing that he screwed up. He went that when it wasn't the part that was right that he would want it. Afterward , he got so frustrated that he went on to mention that this job wasn't worth it hangs up the telephone. I didn't even say a phrase since saying it was okay about the purchase price. Ha!
Jabel, the owner, is educated and good at what he does. He's a perfectionist, which I liked most about his work, but it is also the main reason for the 2 stars. This man is rude and lacks professionalism.
He came to rekey. He made suggestions about secure or how to repair doors but did not take all the components in his van, so there were a couple of jobs that he would need to return later to complete. The second time he had been there had been running errands, but my husband had been home. He phoned me when he had left and explained what he had done. I asked that he was supposed to work on and he forgot to order the component so it wasn't done. He said he can get it and return later in the week. He phoned me back while he was Home Depot and allow me to know how much it was going to charge for him to return and get it done and I stated that it had been fine. But he expressed that he wasn't 100 percent sure that the part went to work.
Thus, if you're seeking the locksmith that is ideal, this isn't the man. I'm sure there is lots of other people out there who can handle themselves in situations like that.
I would've been nice just telling him that if it wasn't worth his time to just forget about doing this, if he would've known back to apologize for his behavior.
