Side note, I will also be posting this on Greg's Locksmith because that was who I called initially, but it sounds like they need to subcontract or something because Albert is with SOS.
I was very delighted with the experience and used this service last night to unlock my car. The tech (Albert) and I agreed on a reasonable flat fee* on the phone and agreed on some time later in the day to allow him to come out because I wasn't with the car once I called. He came on time and took all of about 1 minute to unlock the vehicle. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I'd definitely call him again.
* After reading other reviews I should note Albert was quite accommodating in agreeing to a set amount and that initially I wasn't quoted a flat fee, but I have heard of others being burned on this by companies.

Don't USE!
I had a similar experience to the others. I saw online that their support call fee was $15 with labor for a car-lockout starting at $35. Following an hour of being called multiple times by the dispatch center AND the technician who appparently weren't communicating with each other, the technician finally came and unlocked the car in less than three minutes, charging me $30 for the support fee (instead of $15) and $120 for labor instead of $35.
When I called customer service to complain after that dayI was told that my location (10 mins. From downtown Minnepaolis) and also the type of lock the QUADRUPLED PRICING. They did agree to repay the overage of $15 service fee I was billed but I am dubious that will actually happen without a fight.
I'd have definitely refused the service / to pay except it was 10 degrees outside, and I was waiting there with my two children. For a 3-minute car lockout.

DO NOT USE.Because I locked myself I called from a neighbors. I was quoted $19 service call fee and $35 house unlocking fee and that the service man would arrive in less than 45. NINETY minutes and two phone calls later the service guy showed. He was East European/Russian. He opened my door in less than 3 minutes, When I asked"How much", he explained $165 opening cost and $40 fee. He backed down and billed me that the still outrageous sum of $! 20 in my CC. There were no license plates on his vehicle. I cancelled my CC since he knew not only my name, address and phone number. . .but also had my CC number.
DO NOT USE!

My experience was quite similar to Mark W's. The quoted reaction time was 30 minutes. The service man showed up in his personal car rather than a business vehicle. The quantity of time taken to unlock my car was less than three minutes. The price was 10 times what was quoted over the telephone. When I asked the service person to the provider for the telephone number so I could complain, the amount he gave did not answer and had a message vm not put up yet. He gave me both times the person who answered said there was no service document for me and two numbers. I called my credit card company instantly because I was concerned about what amount was charged because I had been given no cc receipt. The billing thing showed up as paypal rather than a company name that was legitmate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....very sketchy!!!!

Beware Mpls and St Paul Clients of the locksmith! We were outside of town and realized that we hadn't given a key to the backdoor to our sitter. So we called that locksmith and had him come to open it to get our sitter. We found an opening in which the lock was when we got home! Hello all burglars, this doorway just has one lock now!! I can not think any locksmith would do something. Also he charged us a fortune but did not bother covering the opening. He charged us a total of $234.00. The Emergency House Lock out service charge was $170.00!! There must be additional locksmiths out there that are brighter and don't leave holes in doorways? I hope we can locate one.
Oh by the way, we were told that the charges would be 19. Only for showing up, and $35.00 for opening the doorway. Imagine the shock when we got were told we needed to cover $234.00!! and called

This company is a scam. They advertise low prices as soon as they are done they tell you you must pay an outrageous number and that you have them do the job and you cant actually.

Because I was late to start the door, my puppy locked herself. Was told beginning cost was 25$. Was told it will take him 15 minutes to arrive, but 15 minutes later, they phoned stating they sent a man out. He called saying he will arrive in 15 minutes, 22 minutes after, he arrived. Took him about two minutes to unlock the vehicle door. 75 $ for it had been charged. Having for using a card an additional 5 $. I say when possible, avoid this place. For less other areas will bill.

I agree with Mark W and Holly K. Was 35 and the amount once they looked in the lock, that they said had been $175, dependent on the amount of work that he believed he would need to do. He was able to locate a fast, easy answer, yet still charged me the full price. I ended up paying for the work he THOUGHT he would have to do. I delivered a letter of complaint to the company, and when they react positively I will update my review. As of now, I would recommend trying any locksmith.

BEWARE! The Pricing as mentioned on the telephone is vague and in my experience inaccurate. I was told that the fee would be $29 for the service call. Additionally, there would be a $19 fee (or more) depending on the kind of process required to override the lock out situation with my vehicle. After the technician arrived he left eye contact and was expressionless. He inspected the car door and pulled his charging invoice and introduced it to me apparently for me to sign, stating"you present this to insurance." There's no business address for 24/7 locksmiths and no titles introduced. Besides this 29, he inserted $160 I was not prepared for this. I explained what the receptionist had said. He told me to phone her back. I then placed a telephone call and when I returned his price that was new was and inclusive $100. It is was not a situation. He took his money, completed the work in just 3 minutes and left.
I am hoping that I will not have to use this service again. Next time I will know better.
