I have been here a couple of occasions, for some reason I have a tendency to have flats. Grrrr... but these guys are always there to help:-RRB- Everytime is a great experience, you can tell they enjoy their jobs.
So you are safe even thou I arrived just to repair my flat they always do a quick mini check. Got my series and my fractures tighten. So nice. I felt like household:-RRB-

I thought these guys were great! Until I found out that they are terrible people. Having the impending hurricane, I found my portrait attachments are locked in a cupboard using a key lock. Where the secret is, of course, no one knows. I phoned Lee's and said they've skeleton keys. I said great! I'll be there to get you. He said they all do not match all locks, so you can not only tell by looking at them. I said that I could purchase a few and bring back what does not work. He said they're $10/each and there is a 30% restocking fee. REALLY???? It's a little place--RESTOCKING WHAT? Pal, Thank you! Mighty kind of you. Because I told the man I can not get to my fasteners to put my shutters on Additionally, it put tears in my eyes. Hope your fees make up to the term of mouth that I used to give your store! SHAME ON YOU!!!

Because I was 15 years old, I've been going to Lees bicycle. Now I'm 65 and Lee's bicycle store disturbs me the way they did when I was 15 years old.
I want to get my bike, in top shape and not charge me a lot. I find it's better everywhere if you tip, you go for a service. It's a gratuity, you thanking them for helping. Should you really do me RIGHT, everywhere I go, I am gonna tip. It gets complex Should you jerk me about then. I become an I.E.D. . Has NEVER HAPPENED in Lee's bike store. The entire place is cool.

The team was pleasant and patient with me and I stopped by the store to check their stock out and gave me a great deal on a new bike.

Greg helped adjust the bars with an extension piece they had in stock. Because the angle was too low, my wife's wrists were getting numb. He worked before a satisfactory solution was discovered and took the opportunity to obey the origin. He had it ready to go and called us as it was finished. She'd disc brakes and he took the opportunity to adjust them so that they wouldn't stretch.

I've Got a road bike and I Made there to Request a tune up Prior to my race and I Needed to went backThree times because the shifting was noise I could not secure few gears and they are just tried again more then 5-6 times till I gave them up and tried other store because just waste my time and cash on those guys, they are aren't able to fix my altering if your bicycle worth more then $100 highly not reccomend to go there.

Stopped here for a bike fix. They did a maintenance on my road bike and hybrid vehicle - brakes, hauled tires up, oiled and washed bike. Quick great service for just 20 bucks. Can not beat. They even helped me load and to load my bicycles. Bike selection for rates .

This place is a real gem in Hollywood... We are very lucky to have Lee's bicycle and locksmith in our fair city!

Let me tell you people the driveway is worthy it, I reside in Fort Lauderdale and this is the BEST BICYCLE SHOP at Broward County, the employees are knowledgeable friendly and professional.

Dell is a fantastic man. If you need service, go see him, you will not be disappointed.
Bicycle assistance, but accessories, do not bother. It showed available on the internet, called and it wasn't available. Would not be available Tuesday. Tired of the b.s. using Lee's, im taking my business elsewhere from now on. And that I live 4 blocks from Lee's.

They were super helpful helping my mother find a bicycle! Very individual, not pushy, and educated, friendly, we left happy with a bike that was beautiful. They had same day delivery, right away. I would highly recommend this place.

Broke a spoke while riding from Ft Lauderdale on a Saturday. The store has a fantastic selection of used and new bicycles for purchase. They have. Staff was productive and friendly. The bike mechanic even worked in my wheel. I wish I lived nearer to the bike shop since they seem very honest with their services and pricing. It's that locally owned small town bike shop feel to it....unlike the significant brand bike shops found around the city.
I moved on yelp and discovered this to be the nearest bike shop. I phoned and they said to bring it in and they could repair it straight away. They charged $2 for the talked and $20 to get the wheel trued.
There is a parking lot and they have automatic doors which makes it effortless to wheel your bike in. All bike shops should have automatic doors!

Lee's is amazing. I shopped around to discover a comfortable ride bike. Went to a few places in Ft Lauderdale. No one needed service AND the selection that Lee's had. Theresa was amazing. No pressure. Incredibly knowledgeable! She told me about bikes about to be shipped and knows her inventory. She helped me find the ride. THANK YOU!!

This is my local bike store. They've a great assortment of new bicycles to select from. Each time I come here I am tempted to find another bicycle. Now the Cannondale's looked great and crisp price points. Than there was these shore cruisers with tires that are ginoroumous. Great for the shore. I have my family all has bicycles so I have to pass and two bicycles.
Very friendly and good support. As it is where the locals go I could grab with my neighbor's.
I was pleasantly surprised while we waited, that they could do the repairs. We needed basket adjusted wheels repaired, and a tire.

Disgusting customer services. I tried returning a thing and I was accused of lying when I explained that I needed to return the bike I purchased someone because of a medical condition. The woman was impolite and said"never heard that one before". Felt disrespected because that man who I purchased the bike for actually does possess a condition.

The best, kindest group of guys! Knowledgeable, honest and enjoyable. I would not go anyplace else!

Excellent selection, client service and costs. Bought my son a bike here. They let him test it out in the parking lot & adjusted the handle brakes, seat and bars. They drove in a water bottle cage. Great place to buy a new bike! Thanks Lee's!
