Key Codes Express

Don't Use!!!!Not only did it make me look bad in front of my customers and business, Their rude. I urge these people to anyone or would never use this business. I called up another company and not only were they cheaper, they're fine and quick!! Not just making themselves look good making me and my business run.
Honestly want I could give no stars to them. I have business making keys for people whatever the problem might be due to their vehicles or who have lost them. I called up Key Codes Express since their website had a few good review and the place where I've obtained them moved out of business.
I spoke to Laurie that was the owner 14, once I called them . She was fine at first. I explained that if I were able to demonstrate her and also to have a good price since I make at least 3 which I have proof she will be kept by me as my source. I didnt have enough time to look around for almost any other firm.
I began with her company. I called in with a VIN number and among the workers there tell me they cannot receive codes for certain vehicles. I was never told in the beginning they were not able to receive the codes for those types of vehicles. Laurie must have realized. I gave her VIN numbers to run for me. I did receive a call back with a single in 30 mins, not awful. The others. Ridiculous!! I have clients that are expecting and waiting for me. I called up a couple times and the employees and owner got impolite. I dont know whether its because Im use to quickly support with my firm but nobody should have to wait two and hours.
