They are not an official business although I would file a complaint.
They hung me up before I needed to ask any questions about the part which I wanted. Then I phoned back and said" I'm sorry I believe I lost signal" that the dispatcher told me" No we didn't. I advised you that we don't possess that part".
I wasnt able since the dispatchers would not speak to me to utilize their support.
I requested to speak to the supervisor and she would not allow me to speak to him. She gave me a fake name and then called me an"ass hole" and hung me up.
