Don Cleary's Lock & Glass

Had Phil come back to my home today. I have a beveled glass mirror table and also the very best cracked & needs replacing. He came in, gave me a quote the same day and it arranged.

I phoned this business to inquire since I had just moved in my new home, about having my locks changed. The owner he would need to call me back since he was in the middle of driving and answered the phone. This is unfortunate for him. I took my business somewhere else. I live out of Don Cleary's but will take back business to Essex Security Locksmiths out of West Orange. They were able to arrive at the house the following day and answered the phone straight away.

After waiting 2-3 weeks to the spot I called to follow through, I started new -- in Don Cleary's with Phil. He had been right along with it -- came to look within a day, told me what was wanted, gave me a quote (he was going to need to replace an old-fashioned front porch sidelight-type window together with the entry door -- some genius had smashed it, possibly attempted break-in -- and it was a rather complex old aluminum framework set-up with limited choices as to how it might be replaced), and told me he'd be back within 2 days. He told me do the repair there and take back to his place, he'd need to dismantle, then return and reassemble. All in all about three hours of work including carpentry. He came when he said he charged me as quoted, ended as predicted, would, and was quite personable, friendly, knowledgeable and neat too. I hope I have another opportunity and that I will recommend him to others.
