I can not say enough. They always have. there clients, they go above and beyond. There individuals and a little family business should know about their quality work. I would not ever go anyplace else.
Had of the locks substituted in my house a bit more than 2 years ago having D & D Lock. The day couldn't open door. Called D & D I told them no more rush it had been door. Service person came and told me the lock was"junk". So I told him to purchase a brand new one. I said please stop by. He put the lock back in hands me a bill for $117. I only hope the rest of my locks are not junk.
Very rude. No show/no call on appointments.
Opinions added on 12/27/2014. By admitting to everything the owner of the business replied I submitted except his usage of his profanity. He said he offered to give work the following day at discounted prices. Not true. NO attempt was made by him. Issue of fact his own business peers call him costly but incompetent. In his reply he calls me arrogant for anticipating him to adhere to a mtually agreed upon appointment time! Well performed Mr Fudge. Blame the client. You do know there are roughly two dozen vendors in the area that provide this service? The gentleman I predicted that you no-showed, did an excellent job for $75 less than your estimate.
The best aspect of his reply was that he replied by making his review instead of responding to my article!!!! He also gave himself 5 stars!!!! Hilarious! Beware of all of the positive posts dated after mine. He is worried about the truth and is going to attempt and boost his rating. Pathetic.
Don't waste your time. To be considerate I called lots of occasions to confirm my appointment. I was met with ambivalence. Didn't know until later. After an hour passed my scheduled appointment and showed up, I predicted. The owner told me that they have called out on an emergency and was rude. Seemed like a typical bs response, especially. I asked why he did not call to tell me he was not coming. He was Very rude on the telephone and used profanity. I Cancelled the appointment and discovered another locksmith.
Congratulations Yelp. You've captured the eye of a small town complacent business owner who now realizes this review probably prevented dozens of folks frequenting his business and thereby wasting their time and money.
