I contacted this company because I couldn't get my safe to start. I had been quoted $149.00 to have someone come out to open the safe. After reviewing the situation that he may need to leave and get resources that he didn't have the person who responded advised. He said that if he did need to go get tools so he'd let me know before needing to do so, and that the price would increase. He never did have to depart, and the only instrument that he employed was a heavy hammer to break the lock, thus destroying the safe. The bill at the conclusion of approximately 1 hour of a destroyed protected was $329.00. In protest, I called several times and was told I would need to consult with a manager. When I finally got to speak to someone with authority I had been told that there was nothing that he could perform, and that the $329.00 fee stands. I would never use this Brokerage service again, as I believe not only was ripped off my property was destroyed. Locate a local locksmith and you'll be better off.
