Mark is the best! He met me after closure, I gave him four locks and they were re-tumbled (re-keyed for us non-locksmithers) and prepared to go the following day! And... his nut spinning off a bolt magic is nothing short of amazing, worth visiting the shop to get that alone!

Great service. I stopped by different locksmiths said they couldn't help and as this was close to operate, have a truck with a lid/bed cover that would not unlock. Mark jumped right on it, and while I believe it was a larger job than he anticipated, completed the work for a fair price.

Charged me $10 for a single FOB 1616 battery. I didn't know he was ripping me off before I return to the car. He just jacked the price up and knew I was from out of town. Typically it is possible to buy 2.

Happily, I have not had to use A-1 for any solutions however, but I feel confident that these men would do it fairly, after popping up at the other day to buy a heavy duty lock. I ended up talking to the guy at the front desk for about 15 minutes and he was knowledgeable.

I am 75 yrs old and on fixed income. I asked Jeff, components mgr at Mercedes is there any other way to receive a key.
He had been super. He received gear and his bucket and starting working on the trunk lock. It took about 20 minutes and he got it open.He then made me secrets and marked them suitably for me.
I went to a local shop and was told they were not allowed to produce keys to my mercedes. I went to check on price to purchase and then install a new lock for the vehicle.

I've used A-1 Lock & Safe two times and the service is professional and costs are fair. For an older mechanism in their store last time Additionally they were able to free a part so I have a part for an obsolete Weiserlock handleset, fine they'd the latch in stock. My opinion is that they are a premium excellent store for ceremony and workmanship. :)

Because of Oscar in Safe and A1 Lock alongside 711 and Subway in Palomar and Interstate 5. Quick, affordable fix that would have been close to $300 in Toyota and that I paid considerably less at A1 all done in 10 minutes while I saw the"Lock Doc" do his magic.

Mark was magnificent. Our property management refered to A1 my husband. We had received the keys and one of the doors would not lock. Well we could not figure it out. When my husband contacted Mark he troubleshoot the lock was finally able to help us get it secured by instructing us that it can be locked from the inside by pulling up the handle. He made us feel at ease moving and knowing our house would be locked for the evening and explained that it not normal. Thank you Mark!

My Lexus fob broke so that I needed them laser cut and purchased two online. They did an wonderful job and it was far cheaper than purchasing a new one. It was also super fast. . .in and out in 20 minutes. He reminded me to check the keys in my car before I left. I'll be taking all of my lock and key company back to A-1 Lock & Safe.

Today, I had a mishap with my car key and a barbell in the 24 Hour Fitness away Palomar Airport Road. AAA wanted to bill me an obscene amount of money for them to come out and make me a valet-type secret (i.e. no remote, just the key) and that I was amazed. I chose to take matters in my own hands. A-1 was called by me and spoke with somebody. Soon after being put on hold, Robert jumped on the phone and said"I will come and see what I can do for you". Within 5 minutes of a hammering and banging and sandpaper-ing, my key fit to the ignition, and he shows 10 minutes later and that I was on my way. Oh, and that I paid about 10 percent what I would have had I gone with AAA.
