We had a locksmith on a Tuesday night as we had a patio door that would not open and guests. In 5 minutes of sending a message through Yelp, I was called by Eric with Lock Pros. I explained what went on and he managed to come out the same afternoon, and came just 20 minutes later! I couldn't believe our luck! He left me a very happy customer and managed to fix our door in under 30 minutes for a price that is very affordable! If I need a locksmith later on, would recommend Eric and will use him.
Eric was very prompt, very friendly, and very knowledgable. I had to get two new fobs purchased and programmed for 2 distinct automobiles (one Kia and one Honda), and he managed to do both without difficulty. These devices fabricated with unicorn tears or must be lined with gold - that they aren't inexpensive, but Lock Xperts' prices beat the dealer by a solid 20%. Eric had one of the ones I needed in stock, along with the other he had to dictate, however, it was no inconvenience to me.
He managed to take cc payment, obtained the programming also arrived at my place of work. All along the way, he was texting to make sure I knew he was on his way, exactly what the cost would be, when there was traffic... Overall, easy peasy.

If you do the dumb thing and lock yourself from the house (long story) that I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than Eric in lock Xperts! So impressed with both his professionalism and ability. His card is in my wallet permanently. Hopefully you won't ever need him but he would be my first call without hesitation if I were in need. He helped me.
I had a great encounter with Lock Xperts supplying a remote key for my Lexus that is elderly. Eric showed up on time and communicated immediately. He did what I needed and took the opportunity to reveal me and my granddaughter his truck and tools.

I dropped my car keys once I was walking my dog. Not and even though I had a spare key locked out of my car my first concern was someone having my car key and yanking my vehicle. He said I keep it original or rekey them have the option of altering the car door locks. I opted to keep my locks first. From today on Eric is my locksmith.
