A-1 Locksmith

I had been locked out my house in Fremont and a guy came down within 15 minutes and got it open effortlessly. Cost was as much as I anticipated to get someone. Appreciate the service

Then we notice the car pulled a problem code. Before we dropped the keys, it had been running fine. Matt, who insists he had been a mechanic at the past... was adamant that the car was running awful before he called him. He said it must be a detector.
The following morning I find my first keys in my coat pocket (my bad) and proceed downstairs to find out if the car begins. It does, but runs rough and the power steering isn't working. All symptoms of a failing ignition system onto the safety detector side (Toyota failsafe Important systems suck)
This guy is going to cause some bad girl to be stuck onto the side of the street someplace or worse . Someone with ethics like this shouldn't be changing locks on automobiles and houses.
Once I dropped my keys, matt came out and rekeyed my Toyota. The keys had to be programmed into the computer and were transponder Keys. It took a few tries, and a couple of different keys to him. He suggested we proceed for as 50 dollars. We just needed it to work, so we paid the excess cost and the key is cut on by him. It didn't work.
Yeah. I am an ASE certified technician (I don't work in the trade anymore) and I know the car was operating with no trouble light being before he got here. So, now we have a bunch of cut keys, none of them work and the car will not start.
Why did we pay for them although the car didn't start? Even the Toyota key acted like the computer accepted it, the car was cranking but not turning over and I figured I could fix it once he left.
The Toyota secret he frees was great enough to override the safety system but not start the car. Why? Because this fool jammed a bunch of keys out of the ignition trying for it to work and he completely fubared it.
This guy is an idiot. He wouldn't let me speak and began mansplaining automobiles when I called him to give him a chance. Wrong attitude, dude. I have a diploma in engineering. You sold secrets that wouldn't start the car to us, but the car was mucked by you up and lied about it.
Not only did he sell us 300 dollars worth of cut keys, but he messed my car ignition system up so poor I have to pay someone to fix that along with it.

Quite disappointing when I called asking for help with my own lock I got handle today. I spoke to the company's owner and told him you have been to my office earlier and I want your help. He quoted me the same cost which was fine, but he was asked by me about a secret. He quoted me $100 bucks since the mailbox alone wasn't that much in any way, and I laughed. I told him I'd like him to do my office door. He said he would call me. In less then a moment that he says that he doesn't have anyone and calls me back. Annoyed!!! Lost respect!! and my organization

Matt was amazing! Later Alaska airlines lost came down to my house. He came within 15 minutes to my house and was in and out within 10 minutes. He desires above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Matt!!

Matt is the very best. He was called by me as promised he arrived after 30 mins. He is very professional and efficient. I want to give him 5 stars but taking out 1 star because when he calls back the caller identification comes as anonymous caller. You think twice before picking the telephone up.

This get tired very easily and will be detailed, so I have been suffering from a brain injury because of being robbed and kicked in the head several times. I can not walk far. He put the key in the ignition,because my key includes a code, he was having difficulty starting it and the remote has to be close it started but he couldn't get it going after that. I then asked if I could try to attempt he walked off from me to his car and comes back with my snapped crucial and tells me when I want to try I have to give him the money (absurd). I manage a store and understand that if your selling something ordinarily besides food the customer is permitted to try out the product and make sure it works good, in this situation he knew it wouldn't work after I paid him and tried to scam me out of their money so that I could be stuck -150 and with a car that doesn't start, he even said"I stated I could mAke you key I never promised it'd start your car" duh that's exactly what I need it for. He turned right into a real pain in the ass after that and pretty much spent a hour and a half squandering our time annnnndddd when he would have let me try and it worked I would have paid him but he decided to be rude and give me ultimatums and that I let him depart asking why he waste so much time and depart without his money... Why because he knows his work was not legit this moment. He was rude and I would never recommend him to anyone and should you be sure that you check yours keys until you cover (if he permits you).

These guys are great. My key broke in half I called A-1 they quoted me a price and told me a half hour to come out and make a key. They can make me a new chipped key and program it and appear in that time frame. Their technician Mike was fast it fit time that he was gone within 15 minutes. I am really happy with the service good job guys

While regaining the email in a rain storm locked myself out. The reply to the telephone was speedy and the customer support was fantastic. Price for an emergency telephone was not bad either.

I had once it had been ruined a entrance door lock replaced. Matt came out just when promised and cared for it quite quickly and economically. Certainly worth his fee that is reasonable.

I had been totally pleased. When I phoned to ask questions he said he would even match competitors 25, I had a cut that was chipped my 05 Mustang. I phoned him back Once I called around. He got to my house in 10 minutes which was great. The entire procedure took less than 15 minutes they are aware of what they are doing. The second crucial made I never used but I phoned him he had been to correct the key once it tried it's stuck in my trunk just a little. I would totally recommend this company to friends and family.
