Great service! I'd certainly return again. I needed the rekeyed and purchased a deadbolt. Home Depot and Lowes would not do it, it had been too hard for them. I called 4 other locksmiths in the area and their cost quotes were $92, $65, $40 and $95. Can you believe that, $95! Anyways, I discovered Parker Locksmith, talked to Bill, and he gave a cost that was more reasonable to me. I will not tell you what me charged but it had been lower. And Bill was awesome, very friendly and professional. He'd the rekey and the deadbolt works amazing. Come here if you need a locksmith that is very affordable and trusted.

Bridget was awesome - good communication, friendly, and extremely accommodating (thank you!) Adrian came to set up locks and he had been professional and very efficient. Call them Should you require re-keying or fresh locks! You won't be let down.

Had a bad experience with Centerville Locksmith. 5 stars from me. If need arise Can use their service in future.

Parker Security came through . We are a 24/7 Anytime Fitness club and also need to have our main exterior door with a card reader available for our members all of the time. Cindy got our service call scheduled and even re-arranged a couple of calls to adapt our program. Tucker came out, was professional, very efficient and fixed our door issue! Stopped in this day to have a blank cut for my Lexus the casing on the first had disintegrated. Bill was super quick, friendly and reasonably priced. The of the store was comforting, and there was tons of stuff to look at anyplace. I had been in and out in under ten minutes. 10/10 would urge. All these are my go to lock and security individuals from today on.

Because Parker was shut I called locksmiths yesterday. Centerville seemed like jerks I called everyone and Parker was friendly. Ed, Harry, and the lady (sorry I forgot your name!) Were all very great. They gave me a fantastic deal and were right around the block, and so I requested them to perform the job.
They arrived by 15 minutes after and the mailman was there just by chance so that they did not need to open up the neighborhood box in their (good thing it wasn't my normal mailman who's a prick and was extremely rude when I told him that my situation last week. Anyways that is a whole other story). But that saved me more cash that was fantastic.
Only got keys done from Parker security 3 minutes.
Ed finished that was done, and then the task in about ten minutes paid by square foot. Finally got all my email... And invoices.

Still wondering... a locksmith can not guarantee their job? What a joke and waste of time. .
Do ask for quote in writing or you will face circumstance. . Will file a complaint with Consumer Protection for false advertising...
Came in last Thu to get a quote on programming a flop for my 2013 Nissan Leaf. I had been quoted $75 and it was written on their biz card. Came back now with my own flop to do the programming. . Behold, I was told by the elderly gentleman he cannot honor the price! I told him the quote is written on the card however he mumbled about getting a snare... I asked to see a supervisor and he educated the guy to honor the cost... then another shocker, they can honor the cost but not ensure it will work! I asked why was not I when I had been given the quote, been educated? The supervisor couldn't answer and advised me to visit other locksmith...

I think that they are little pricy, but were very responsive and reliable in service... quickly estimated that the"lock and keys" work needed in my new home and delivered an efficient tech the very next day!

AMAZING folks... I can not thank them enough! I needed my key since the shell/case broke the day before and in the office my coworkers tried to glue it so I could get home that worked but it was not stable I called them and Bill replied 30 mins before final I took my key at he tried his level best to assist me because some of the glue had leaked a bit on the processor... It was really risky he explained it and he took help from another employee Adrian and they did it.... They got a key done and recovered my processor! Thank you a lot Adrian and Bill...!

My experience wasn't so bad. The man made sure which I was marginally helpful not to mess up on these keys and had I purchased online. The cut the keys' tips were not perfect, but the job was fixed by a grinder at home. New keys have to get broken in to do the job.

I lost my spare car key that was only in Downtown Mountain View on Saturday and allow me to tell you has been the process ever. It took me 2 car dealership to receive a key that was clean and proceeded to 6 locksmith simply to learn that they were no longer in business. FinallyI came across a family company, Parker Security & Locksmith Service in Fremont. I was welcomed by two little boys that made sure any issue could be solved by them and their mom would make me a brand new key. While I waited for their mom to call to get a code, they educated me about the different types of keys and they use different procedures to approach a client and one of other stuff. Eventually, I told their mom that her kids were amazing and that I wished I'd their personality and their communication abilities . P.S.. The boy made sure I left having a business card. Definitely a place I'd return.

The following day that I picked up the final keys which fit both BMW side case locks and the cost was fair.
I strongly recommend Parker Security.
I found their showroom nicely lit, nicely stocked (not merely keys but all kinds of high quality security items; safes, bike locks, etc) and nicely organized.
I reluctantly decided to try a locksmith and had to replace keys for the unwanted cases on my BMW K1200RS bike. After having noticed the center of Parker on numerous times on Grimmer, I decided to stop in and offer them a try.
I was waited on by gene and provided an estimate for the cost and schedule to complete. He shared risks/benefits of various options to having two new keys done and that I agreed.
All staff members were knowledgeable, professional, and personable when requested various locksmith questions.

Getting my calls or emails returned were very hap-hazard from speaking together, and that I did not get any warm fuzzies. I got a referral out of another locksmith in town to Parker Locksmith. I phoned them and the proprietor wasn't sure if he handle my request but needed to research this and get back to me. He called me stating he could take action and really did some homework. Upon accepting my car in, problems were encountered by them but they maintained at the problem the issues were resolved by AND and refused to quit. And, the cost was much better than the dealership and reasonable. I told them I'd grow to be a customer for life and I mean it! Parker for automobile, home, or commercial security and locksmith requirements. They supply great customer service and enjoy their work.

I was there a week and Gene helped me. I asked for a car key to be copied to some key I bought online. It is the sort of key with the remote attached to the key. I had a blank key, together with the distant. Put in them and I went to remove the original guts of the remote myself in the key's casing. Gene told me that he could do it for a price of 10. I said sure due to the trouble that the processor may cause. Gene showed me how the remote buttons (on the inside) worn down due to my daughter's nails. The cover wore down due to constant pressing of the button. However, Gene was able to manufacture a bit of plastic to correct the flaw of the button. Gene created my car key and was able to recover the original key code. He showed me how much the key had wore down in relation to the essential code and that the key. I tested the distant and the car started 13, After I got home. Customer support Gene.
