Lifesaver! My husband called in 730pm and Max was at our location. We have a baby so we're desperate for somebody to correct the issue. Max had a terrific attitude, was very professional and was able to do what seemed impossible -- unclog our kitchen drain!
Our sink was badly backed up for a couple days because no additional plumber was able to fix it (2 literally only abandoned without fixing it).

Not only was he 30 minutes late for the consultation, but upon arrival, he said that he could not find parking so that he left. We agreed to reschedule for 6/28 at 9am. Reluctantlywe took off work for the second day in a row, trusting that our sink will finally get fixed. Just in case, I parked my vehicle before to rescue him a place in the event he could not find one. On 6/28, 9:15am rolls around and I receive no call from Max, once I finally get a hold of him, he says that he could not find a parking place and that he wouldn't fit in my place, and that he is on the freeway. I asked him to come back and park in the street near my building and I would pay the ticket, when he's ticketed. His reply was"I do not wish to take the risk." What danger? I agreed to cover some citation that he receives, no? I was not speaking english or maybe Max and A-1 are the very unprofessional inconsiderate plumber out there. His pace could have increased to come back and make the customer happy. At this point, I doubt that he even attempted to come to my speech and likely lied. I have properties that are numerous and also have worked with many contractors and NEVER have I experienced this degree of unprofessionalism. There are a great deal of plumbers in the area, I suggest looking elsewhere
UPDATE: I phoned a different plumber and they came out right away, found parking and substituted my faucet! Same price as A-1, no excuses, no lies, fantastic service. LOL

Max was fantastic. Super honest, efficient, and fair. Totally recommend. He is on our preferred supplier list for all our properties.

After reading the testimonials, I called Max. I live 2 hours away and own a rental. Tenants had a rusted standing pipe. I spoke at the morning to Max and that he had been by 1pm at the house day. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgable. I will him to us in a heart beat.

I hired Max at A-1 to replace faucets. He did a fantastic job and was able to finish the task in 1 day that was appreciated. He gave me a quote fast and was responsive on Yelp. It was 30 mins to one hour not a deal breaker although taking a star off because he was late a few times as other reviewers had said. All in all I had done by Max and might recommend hiring him.

Max came out when he was phoned by us on a Friday night for a copy of our bathroom that drained into the garage. He was able to snake the shower and get everything fixed and also snaked our disposal. Thanks max!

Second time I've used Max once I have had a plumbing issue over a weekend - that came very reasonably priced, and got the work done, simple and very honest. Recommend!

Max responded with a quotation. He has been friendly, polite, punctual, knowledgeable and successfully and cane next day unclogged our dual sink. I would definitely hire him again.

Broc helped me out with our plumbing problems. He did work and was very affordable.

I got an instant answer saying he's unavailable and asked for a quote on a job through yelp. I attempted to clarify that I had not provided a timeframe I just wanted to understand what he thought the price would be so I can compare with other suppliers, but he again responded instantly stating"I can't give an estimate if I am unavailable." I am not completely certain why he could not have waited until he had been available to give me a suitable quote instead of shutting me down instantly - it was quite disappointing to get this kind of response seeing how most folks seemed to praise how great their expertise with him was.

Max came to my location to get the first time around and sadly a clean out, the bathroom was clogged a week later. He was very gracious to return again to perform another wash out to solve the matter. God blessthis time round the wash out was successful. I love him for coming back out in a timely way. Thank you Max!

Max assisted me. Using technical blades to find the roots out afterward with a camera to figure out the problem returned later. Heshows up on time's honest, and priced.

Max was able to come and unclog our kitchen sink and reacted to my quote request fast. I asked him to repair the stopper for a toilet sink. He took a look at too and discovered our running toilet when showing him that the problem with the sink. He came back the next day with parts to fix both problems. My toilet is currently functioning and that I have a functioning stopper for my own sink.

Max came out and installed plumbing for a washer dryer. He spent a great deal of time under our house and worked late to help us get the work done rather than be without hit water for too long. Since he discovered we had ductwork he billed us slightly under his original esta one.

Max was fantastic - we had an emergency back up in our guest house - that had the problem solved in less that 20 minutes and came right away and after business hours. Nice guy! Surely would use him.

Warren was fast to answer from Yelp quotation and fast to text message. He supplied a quotation (including labor + components ) to fix a thermocoupler unit in my water heater on a Sunday and was able to come out Monday mid-morning to fix it. Water heater is currently working and Warren was in and out within an hour.

Had shower and a backed-up bathroom. A different plumber advocated max. Came out this day and fixed our problem. Great service and very reasonable (after checking out other costs ). Would certainly use him again and gave his name to my friends.

When my Grandma's toilets all were plugged max came on a Sunday. Called him and he was there within an hour. He figured out what the issue was and cleared it all up. Ended up being two clogs at the line. Made sure we checked before departing that everything worked. Seemed like the task was more than he bargained for, but did not charge anymore. Super pricing, would recommend. Very friendly also!
