I had two other companies come out to look at something, and the quotations that they gave didn't look appropriate. Connie seemed, came out, and took out just what drywall was required to diagnose the issue. She then showed me what was wrong, explained why it happened, and what they were going to do to repair it. I said,"ok," and then they fixed it... at a lower price and less time compared to the other two businesses. 10 / 10!

What a company! Connie and Lalo are an amazing group!! I have an old home and I had very serious plumbing issue last year with my sewer line, I hired a plumber who charged me a lot of cash dig out a fantastic part of the bricks in my yard and after he was done with the pipes he abandoned it for me to find a useful man to put it back, this year I had an identical issue with the water lineand I hired this wonderful firm who charged me 30 percent less than the previous organization to do a comparable job, very professional, considerably quicker (it took them two weeks to solve exactly what the preceding firm did in four) and after they solved the issue that they were very kind to put my bricks were that they previously were, no need to hire a handyman like last year, I will call them again!

2. Our gasoline levels were low - The gas company could not figure it out so that they shut off our gas and left us with no idea how to fix. Connie was known as by us! Connie investigated everything, came out and got it fixed.
I cannot rave enough about the work Connie and her team have done. This is the type of service here Connie is and I expect from a service provider, not from family, like I am family repairing my home!
1. A massive project repairing our water line from our home. This is and it meant we would have to go at all. The team of connie got it done working manner outside of work hours to finish it.
I am updating my previous recommendation because when someone does great work, it ought to be said. Here are all the things her team and Connie have fixed in our home:

Hired Connie to redo the line to the street because of roots in the home. She began their but suspiciously kept finding things to correct at the plumbing such as ALL the taps in the home. I was too busy to inspect everything, but odd that the brand-new taps would need to be replaced and had just purchased the house.
I had a leak in a toilet, she charged $500 for leak repair and then said I want to replace the flooring of the bathtub ($1200). Did all the work and had the leak. Ended up hiring a PROFESSIONAL leak repair company who charged $300.
Finally, in this procedure, also hired my gas meter to move. It takes 3 weeks for the city to eventually come after you pay your deposit.

Connie worked with us (including a payment program ) to carefully and clearly clarify our choices, aided us weigh the pros and cons, and handled everything we consented. She wrote then typed a very clear and complete contract, outlining what we'd agreed to up, costs and timelines. We felt fully informed and, since she'd handled other jobs that were smaller we all felt secure knowing the job could be done right the first time. Her crew and connie were friendly, timely, comprehensive and professional. We finally have clear, clean pipes, no backups, and reassurance when friends or family stay over.
Connie is a professional, her rates are aggressive and her work is outstanding. In addition to the office staff shows great customer service - something that can be hard to discover. We recommend Plumbing & American Drainworks.
My wife and I can't say enough good about Plumbing & American Drainworks. We needed to have some work done on our pipe as origins had made it impossible to go without backups leading out to the sewage line. We have three baths and frequently have out-of-town or household friends stay over.

I had a simple drain unclogging and ship an email asking for a quote. The person I e-mailed said to call the proprietor Colleen. Colleen said she would need to return to give a quote and seemed confused and annoyed. I got a text confirming the appointment. I came home to fulfill with up with the plumber and left work early and got a text saying they wouldn't be coming. In short, I put in a great deal of effort and got no support.

We believed we had a small, easy hair problem that was clogged. Turns out, our difficulty was much larger and expensive than we expected. My husband named she and Connie had been at our home very quickly. That's what you call, amazing and dependable service! I was impressed by Connie and her team. She had been quite thorough pointing things out while looking at my sewer line and going beneath my house. Unlike another plumber I called who did not go beneath my house, Connie gets the licensing to perform the entire job from beneath the house to the street. In addition to that, Connie has home improvement contract which explains the work and how she stands behind her job, a sense. Her estimate for the job beneath the house was less than the plumber. Wow is this girl amazing! I phoned today for any question and she took my time to find out about my issues and what I needed, she advised me of the steps I had to take so as to acquire the sewer inspected for a client and she reffered me to a specialist. All in one phone call she gave me answers that are educated and support. I am impressed! Thank you for your kindness and great customer service.

Connie is the greatest. I had her perform a review on a home we bought and she provided a detailed in a timely manner through accounts. She also asked if I wanted to go under the home with her so I joined her if she did her inspection. While we crawled , she walked though everything I was seeing and pointed out the regions of concern. I also had her perform a quotation on some plumbing problems at my present location and she ended up putting me the parts at no cost from the producer and informed me on how to install them. I will come back to her with some of my plumbing needs. She clearly loves what she does, is knowledgeable, a straight shooter and friendly.

Connie and her staff did some major work for us recently: Replaced a large section of the main sewer line (using pipe burst method), which involved doing some digging into the city sidewalk. Everything went as smoothly as you can. Permits all managed, testimonials went. When it comes to solving the issue, I'm very impressed at the thoroughness of Connie. Do the minimal amount possible while Connie will leave you feeling confident your issues have been fully addressed. So that there were no surprises during the project she did lots of research ahead of time, and our original quote did not alter. I will call Connie in the future for any plumbing needs and really love that.

Connie and Lalo are great when it comes to diagnosing and repairing your problem, to work with both professional. Second time using this company and both times really pleased with their job in my drains. This time I had them replace any pipes that are outdated and they did a fantastic job. Connie is the LeBron James of plumbing. So communicative and comprehensive, really pleasant, so excited, with a work ethic and charm that would create Dwayne"The Rock" Johnson blush. She's inshe fixes the issue, she conveys just what the issue was and what the remedy is, then she has gone with the wind (until next time). 10/10 recommend, will return.

Had a water heater issue - made loud sound when water turned on. Called home warranty company American Home Shield (AHS)they then put me in contact with their contracted plumber, Bear Plumbing. Bear told me that the water heater had a leak, needed to be replaced, and that more than a few other items were needed. As they say it's harmful to have it on the water is turned off by bear. Bear tells me AHS will get me re acceptance. The next day AHS calls to let me know they will cover the water heater AHS does not cover the additional items that total $960! I do some exploring, made phone calls back and forth after 1 week with no water, and with Bear and AHS, decide to find a 2nd opinion. I called Plumbing and American Drain Works. The woman in the workplace took comprehensive notes and scheduled appointment for the next day. Connie comes to test out water heater and she calls me to notify me that the water heater is under warranty, before I get to the home to meet her. She calls that the water heater manufacturer and is told that the water heater is under recall and the manufacturer will take care of parts and labor . Connie then calls the service provider and we schedule the appointment to the repair job! I asked Connie about the further parts Bear stated was needed. Not true! Asked Connie about water heater leak Bear composed on their own report. No leak! What a scam! I am so happy I met with Connie. She is informed, took the opportunity to answer my questions, also called the service company for me! And she didn't bill me. I hope Connie. I definitely will call her to any plumbing job that is upcoming and have already referred one of my friends.

ADW is a superb pipes co.. We had an issue, they were reserved and couldn't come out. They walked us through and we solved with their advice our own. Def going with ADW for all upcoming plumbing concerns.

I can't say enough about how happy I'm with Connie and her team. I had a leak under beneath the kitchen sink which would delay a different installation. Connie and Lalo were in my home over the hour. They made sure everything was immaculate and working before they left. The price was quite fair. American Drain Works is going to be the company I use, if I do, although I don't need another plumbing issue.
