Raymond replaced our kitchen line and unique cast iron line to the road. Also added a blank out to yard. Undertaking achieved each day. Great job!

I have used Dave Blair plumbing over time for small repairs and they've always been reasonable and prompt. I had a clogged kitchen sink last month.
Ritz Plumbing. They"water jetted" my line by both sides clean out and stated" there's gunk and cast iron bits" coming from the line and they would have to replace the cast iron lines into the song on $ 3,200. However the water jetting cost could be applied by them if I said yes RIGHT then. I didn't have a great feeling about the whole thing.
Another plumber, who went through the kitchen sink and came inside was used by us since the lines from the sink into the wash out go through our walls. The line that is low and behold was unclogged.
Dave Blair you lost a client.

Marvin and raymond are awesome, they showed up on time, clean and professional. Easy and clear to comprehend, pointed out and showed me how that the leak location and spots. They were respectful and patient, and obtained up the water heater and running in 2 hours on spot. Much appreciation and glad I get to take a hot shower tonight

Shower head broke and needed replacement. Plumber came to quote the job also was very high considering it is"ten minutes or less"

The plumber Raymond was amazing and that arrived to our property. He was able to repair the problem and explain everything in a way that is very obvious to me. Great worker:)

Two guys changed their view that it was not the stems after all and came out and they would have to split the wall to find out what was occurring. After putting holes in our walls, they determined it was the overflow and p-trap line that was leaking and it had to be replaced much to fix we requested? Oh, that will be $2,000. Wait, what?? However, if we graduated today, it would cost us $1800. We said no thanks to this high pressure sale and they left.
We called another neighborhood plumber who quoted us $450 to the job and got it done. And to add insult to injury, according to the plumber that is new, it turns out that Dave Blair Plumbing did not event install Pfister OEM stems but used some and all of the way ca tighten. As well, it turns out we do require a water pressure regulator that has been proposed by Dave Blair.
We called Dave Blair Plumbing in a pinch when our bathtub began to leak. They said the tub stems needed replacing and came out. They spent perhaps 20 minutes max doing the repairs and charged us almost $400 (Parts cost perhaps a 1/10th of that amount, so labour was the rest?!) . In addition they explained our water pressure was too strong and suggested we put in a pressure regulator for $800 that we declined. About a week later, the tub began leaking .
Prevent the overcharges upsells, missed appointments and poor excellent work with Dave Blair Plumbing.
We called Dave Blair to return and set an appointment for a Saturday morning. They never showed up and they said they were stuck on a different job when we called them. Thank you for making us wait around for 3 hours.

Called their workplace whined, and has been scheduled for a visit between 3-4 PM on that day. No one showed up.
I understand that Mr. Blair sold the business two weeks ago. This isn't - by far - the exact same outfit I understood earlier.

On Wednesday I called to be able to have a bathroom sink stopper. Their plumber (Miguel?) Next day, showed up in the time but did not have components and told me he'd return.
8/31/2018, another man showed up rather than Miguel, next day and he did not have components. Apologizing he scheduled for the following day, 9/1/2018, at 8 AM. He did not bother to call me and never revealed.

They've came to my home the day no questions asked. They've also been outside before to my home. I want to thank you for being such a respectable Company over the Culver City Community.
Just wanted to take some time and let everyone in the region know that Dave Blair is an excellent Plumbing Company. Mago and Ricardo are fantastic! Super friendly and professional.

I've had a fantastic experience with the Dave Blair Plumbing before called them for a quote to install a water line into our new refrigerator which has an ice block maker. The quote was for $1300, almost twice what the refrigerator cost, although the guy that showed up was nice. We found another company to install at 1/3 that price. It is nice that Blair is a company, but advise shopping around unless price isn't an issue.

Got appointment same day. Tech showed up on time. Needed parts to fix it. Tech George needed to return another day with appropriate components (rather than installing wrong components I might add!) . George showed up on time the following day. If there was a slight hiccup, his boss Miguel joined him to take care of the problem. No problems since they fixed the problem and it has been a week. Very happy with everything, begin to finish: great phone manner, timely consultation, techs on time fixed it correctly and a reasonable price. Would use them again.

George is a hard worker. Communication with homeowner, and the schedulers is non existent. There were a couple of days . Without telling us, then other days a person showed up. Some of the quotes given were high, then quotes were in the ball park. Beware.

Dave Blair sold his firm a few months back to some other plumbing business. New personnel and higher costs.

Dave Blair Plumbing has been started by Dave Blair the dad over 35 decades back. We have used him for all types of plumbing work for 22 decades. He's the very best, His son, Kenny is fantastic too and has now taken over many tasks. As an example we had a water heater that is malfunctioning per week ago. Kenny came. Other plumbers might have attempted to sell us a whole new heater but kenny mended for under $100 and ours fast. This is a firm that is good.

I would not let anyone on my property from Blair Plumbing . It was shocking and a little scary. What a pity. Someone had a brain aneurism using a response or has suffered a stroke! A cautionary tale for all curious!

My review is a bit drunk and I apologize for this. However, here it's: Art and Kenny are without a doubt. They're not hard working and nice, they're respectful-unlike the plumber Dave Blair's sent . Now that man was simply impolite from beginning to finish, please never send him! Anyhow back to Art and Kenny. Those guys deserve a lift and the very best plumbers ever benefit! Request these guys and you will not be disappointed! Let them do their job. Thank you Kenny and Art! You guys rock!

10:30. 11am 11:30, nothing.
I call. "Hi this is Dave. Oh, yes I continue calling the other plumber, he must be under a house and can not answer his phone..." Ummm yea, however its now THREE HOURS following my appointment, YOU NEVER CALLED ME, I HAD TO CALL YOU.
Sorry dude. I'm a lifetime Culver City resident, but won't be a Culver City / neighborhood company (Dave Blair Plumbing) customer.
Called about an older floor furnace. Was told they knew right away parts and the model which could likely be required and work on these. Sounds great up to now!
Yea, well I had a scheduled appointment I left days.
Was told it would be 4 days until they could get out. Well ok.
So here we are, Thursday at 9am. Nothing. 9:30nothing, 10, nothing, not a call. 10:15 I call them..."Hi this is Dave, oh yes your ticket went out together with the other man / truck. I'll call him and find out what's up and call you right back".
Nicely"Dave", do not bother showing up. I have wasted three hours up to now, had to call you you never returned my calls.

My spouse and I found Dave Blair plumbing July. We've been so pleased we keep having them to do more work for us. They installed a new error hot water tap and sprayer the moment.
Give them a try, in case you can not make contact the first time and be patient, try again you'll learn nice it is to work whit these people.
The drain they washed out and cleared out it on precisely the exact same day we called them. A plugged up sewage line was the telephone that was following and again they did a nice job cleaning out the roots.
And again today they replaced our bathroom with a brand new one in less than one half an hour and it seems excellent! They took the device away at no charge Home Depot were going to bill us for the haul away and also needed twice as far.

I've had my share of plumbers out to our location for a variety of reasons, but I hoped to find one which was reliable. I called them up to have somebody look at a shower drain which had slowed, after reading some reviews online.
I got through immediately to somebody who instantly booked an appointment. I got a phone call from the plumber confirming the appointment & 16, the identical evening. He told me how to avoid future occurrences, which could seem bad for company but is precisely the sort of thing which will insure I call them .
The price charged was higher than some other businesses, but I think it was worth it (supposing the problem does not reappear in a couple of weeks).

The best! Not only were they on time and fair in pricing they did excellent work. I was pleased so I managed to work, they called me beforehand to meet me at my place. Set of guys. Thanks Dave Blair plumbing
