No! Once I was locked out of my house at 9pm I phoned Locksmith. I was relieved when they answered the telephone, as I sat in a street in the dark. They stated they do work 24 hoursand that they had been in their way. 40 minutes after when they had not arrived, I called the tech and he said,"Oh, you still want us?" ?!?! Nothing has changed. He explained he'd be there shortly. Another 40 minutes later, he had not arrived. I phoned back and his telephone went into voicemail. I am so disappointed because I had been counting on them in a dangerous situation. I would have made other arrangements if I'd known they wouldn't shown up. I am grateful for neighbors that checked on me and for the morning another firm, Security Lock and Safe, that came out and did the job very professionally.
