We had an key broken in an auto ignition and called 24 hr locksmith. We were given quotes for if the problem was repaired, if there was an issue or if they could not repair the problem - there would be no charge. This quotation has been given over the phone when the service man showed up and when we called. The quotes were consistent with other businesses called. The service man worked and removed the key. I would call this business and ask for Ray!!!

This man **said** he'd send'his man' to assist with with a car lock-out - my keys, phone, wallet, everything were inside the car. I had to ask to borrow a phone to call the man around 8pm, called , and again when nobody was showing up - he kept saying it would be 45 mins to an hour, then 20 minutes, then 20 minutes.... When each shop shut down, my last call was about 10pm and the parking lot was left by each patron. He explained his man was on his way... He never revealed, and abandoned me along with my 7 year old daughter in the dark in a parking lot on El Camino Real. No thanks.

Wow, you will absolutely be disgusted for a week following a trade with these people as you rerun the interaction through your head over and over again... Just like a nightmare that's true but just not believable enough to logically verify its previous existence.
As I might need therapy to get over this expertise with this company, I might return to update this. I imagine I'll have need to port here more, rather than invest in psychologists as an outcome of doing business.
You seriously feel like you want to take a shower afterward... Likened to maybe being raped.
Subsequently we felt dealing. They rushed us information that was withheld, controlled, and overall cause you to feel disgusting and cheap.
If only I could visit the police department for a rape kit, then send these people to jail, get my money back, reverse time, not create the exact same bad decision as dealing together and hopefully there will be justice for those who have dropped to their dependence.
They left my spouse and me really uncomfortable and kept changing the prices.

STOP and look for another service provider.
I requested to talk to the supervisor and she explained that they can not revise the cost since a payment was made and then by saying she's another call on the line she put me.
I needed a service quickly because I had been standing outside from the cold for a long time and locked myself outside. The guy arrived and he had been asking me about the 21, while he gave me a paper to fill out. He explained it could cost you $140. But the invoice was for $178.
I've ripped off by bunch of scammers/con artist. Please don't fall in precisely the exact same trap as I did, sadly I learned my lesson the hard way.

Don't use this business, they quoted me a price on the phone and once they got to the job raised the price 200% it had been to get a stuck key within my cars ignition I believed they'd replace the ignition switch instead he just"fixed" the ignition switch and was able to find out the key, no new components and the task took about an hour I was still charged $375 they talked B. S. About price of components and it would be more economical to have them perform it however a whole new ignition switch for my car's cost was just $130 on O'Reilly auto parts website. Bottom line theywill tear off you and're scammers call somebody else. Do not believe me check a lot of people to other reviews say the same thing.

We got taken advantage of when they eventually arrived we had been overly -- and because we had been stuck outside in the cold for THREE HOURS waiting for somebody to open my friends car warn down to negotiate together.
Never use this company --double in person, and They offered once over the telephone, us prices.
Don't use this company --I'm reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau.
If you are in a pinch proceed with your daily life and right now just skip to the next 5 star rated -- they are dreadful. If you love reading reviews of horrible firms then keep reading!
My buddy got intimidated and yelled at by the proprietor. The car insurance company did it and showed up.
This place is a SCAM and ought to be shut down. I feel bad for them that they have to live with themselves and also don't know how to make a fair living earned money.

This service is totally overpriced not worth it.
I don't like when folks take advantage of you when you want their services.

I should have read the rating here. First place I predicted was about to cost $85. I thought it was a bit called these men and mentioned it begins at $35 so clearly I went that way. Instantly I was told by Louis it was likely to be $180.
These men aren't in uniform and they ask you write a check that is personal to them . If that comes back to bite me as 12, we'll see.
What will $35 be I asked? Oh, that. Funny that did not come up on the phone once I gave the situation I was in.
So he said he could work with the price, my wife was pregnant. Negotiated him down to $125. These guys have their bait and switch sales tactics down. Took after describing how hard the lock was likely to be, him to get.

These folks will try to rip off you. I set up an appointment for a locksmith to unlock my door. He quoted me 250 DOLLARS when the locksmith got there! It was absurd. I said he would be paid more than $60 by me, but then, I had been ripped off. Having your door unlocked must cost $20, but I ended up paying $80.

This provider is a Scam... Moved into new home and the door shut on us with all our toddlers in the home. . Called this Firm. . $30 is advertised by them. (And takes charge card)To unlock door... When he got there that he charged $360.00 money. . He Wouldn't take a charge card... Followed us to the lender... I called next day to speak to manager... Still waiting to get a call back which was a month past ( receptionist said they did take credit card)DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Since they warned about their prices Must have read the testimonials! When they got to the doorway, they immediately said it was going to be a 180 job! When we mentioned the yelp testimonials talking about their cost climbs, they got really confrontational and disrespectful towards us. They claimed that no one could open our door for less than what they had been charging. But guess whatwe did locate a locksmith, A Acme Mobile Locksmith, on Yelp. Frank out of a Acme ensured to get us at our doorway for a flat fee of $65. So we paid the 15 service telephone charge to 24 Emergency and eliminate these. Frank from A Acme arrived to our place within 10 minutes of our telephone and got the door open in another 10 for $65 just as he promised. In the conclusion Hr Emergency Locksmithwe saved $100.
We got locked out of our apartment on our way out to supper. As it had been the very first locksmith on a Sunday evening, not knowing who to phone, 24 hour crisis was called by us.
TERRIBLE experience!

BEWARE - THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESSBecause this business is a SCAM, the ratings on here must be fabricated.
Intimidated of me and instead the amount I was quoted, jumped to bill me 4x the sum. When I started to complain to their workplace manager, they immediately hung up the phone on me.

As I wanted someone to come out FAST, I called for an emergency locksmith. Client rep lent me $35 for $35 and call svc fee and told me someone will come by in 20 minutes and up for opening locked door. Later, customer service called to inform me that the technician was running behind... Had I known that it would take 40-50 minutes for someone to get here, I would have called someone else. It took 1 minute or less to get the door open with a screwdriver and he charged me $189! Call someone else in the event that you don't want to feel ripped off!

Luis did a good job and came into unlock my car. Came in at 10 minutes at jiffy lube. Very nice guy. Hopefully although will call him again if anything I don't lock my keys in again. Lol Thank you so much Luis!!!

Needless to say, I called a company that was different to get me replacement keys, and this firm was wonderful.
To top this thing off, it cost me $150 to open the doorway and the service charge was $29. So I paid $180 for someone to break into my car and not be able to provide a replacement key to me. That's right, the guy that showed up didn't understand how to do this and would have had to refer his boss to do this for me. They recommended I wait until the morning to save me money. I believe they were trying to rescue themselves.
So, if see someone struggle to perform their job, you don't wish to invest a lot of money, and listen to some rant full of words, you should use a firm that is different.
This provider is awful! I don't understand how they have any decent ratings!
I had to get into my car. That is it. I wanted the door started. First of all, before they eventually sent someone I had to talk to 3 distinct people on the phone. I waited a total of 1 hour and two minutes after my first phone call before they arrived (yes, not TERRIBLE, I agree). Let me note that now nobody managed to provide me a cost for this thing. The guy inflates a balloon-type item gets there and sticks a metal rod in my car to attempt to get the car unlocked manually.
**At some stage in this procedure, a police officer stopped by and was asking questions because the guy showed up within an unlabeled white van. Following the police officer left, the guy"breaking into my car" was ranting about how ridiculous it was for the officer to appear and referred to his activities using vulgar language. This is extremely unprofessional and not I don't know.

This company is hostile, unethical, and untrue.
The locksmith gets on the phone with his boss, some man. He says that Ben wants to speak with me. Ben immediately begins harassing me over the telephone and asking why a call was made by me if I did not need support. I respond that I did need support, and was ready to pay the amount quoted over the telephone ($29 + $30), but the 180 I had been quoted once the locksmith arrived was crazy and from the of my budget. To which I responded , since my husband was on his way home, he then proceeded to yell at me and inquire I'd be ready to cover. I stated I would pay the answer fee, but nothing more, and hung up on him because he continued to harass me.
Dishonest organization, A hostile. I called them and received a quote of $29 to come out, and $20-30 to open the lock - and not worth having my husband to come all of the way home to let me . 35 minutes later, the man showed up. He examined the lock and - like other reviewers have stated - instantly quoted $180 since the lock has been"very hard." Shocked by the much higher cost and bait and switch, I called my husband and told him the circumstance. He said do not cover the $180, and he can be home in ten minutes.

One morning locked my keys in my car. .called a couple of Ray and locations came within 20 minutes after spekaing to him and gave me the very best rates

They quoted $25 on the phone, which seemed too good to be true. I asked him if that's the last speed, and he said yes! But when the man showed up, he asked for $150. Did they not state that?

The guy spends 15-20seconds jiggling the lock and unlocks the door. I never felt cheated in my entire life. If it'd require his time to make it 12, I understand but he was done in under a moment.
Walked from my apartment. Like everybody else, the person on the phone and called said $15 to appear and $35 to unlock the door, and he will be there in 15mins. 45mins says it's $165!!!! and after the guy gets there Tries to make some kind of BS about how it's a 5pt lock. After arguing about the price because we do not wish to wait around for one more, we get him down to $80.

I call them again and would recommend them!
I locked myself out of my house in bathrobe and slippers on a cold February morning. Eric showed up on time and gave me additional help by making another backup of my house key at no cost for me!
