CALL AHEAD BEFORE VISITING!!!They have been used by me . However, This is an overview of their hours of operation. I've visited with the three occasions in the past six months of Sarco to receive some secrets. Every time I have been, during normal business hours, on a weekday, they have been closed. One time was to get a graduation, yet another time I can not remember, and today I see they're closed for"summer holiday" for the next few weeks. SO FRUSTRATING! This is not an ad for this business each time I've ended up in San Mateo lock functions where they do a great job and are super nice. I'll never waste my time driving to Sarco also if you are in a rush and put on with their service, I would call ahead to make sure they're open. Don't bother. Their priorities are everywhere.
I had my Lexus car keys that are broken replicated here. They suffer after a few decades from break and a design near the base. Month although being quite careful after turning it cracks started to appear in the new Sarco to hold the secret near the base offered me for $95. After 3 months the new key fell apart. I even offered to cover part of the cost, and moved to Sarco to request for it to be replaced, but Sarco refused to do anything but charge me full price for a new backup. I anticipate that his stock of Lexus blanks is cheap Chinese crap, and old, and they break easily, but that isn't any way to treat a client.

Professional and Speedy when it came to getting a new key for the Honda CR-V. Very helpful in giving options to get a secret or just shifting the transponder fob onto a new shell that is blank. He also gave suggestions to reduce the odds of having the key break. Work to going into a Honda dealership and even saved me $100 in comparison
Needed to change my locks out. Great service. Reasonable rates. Been there for years. All these eateries surrounded them. A matter of time before climbing rents is going to drive them out. Support these companies that are small.

A gem of a small business in downtown San Mateo. Company, honest and lovely. Do your research on the internet but come here in order to find all of your doorway key/lock requirements. It is a challenge to conquer a educated live person who fees reasonably.

Went to Home Depot and wasted my time, this place is only a lot of monkeys humping a football type of bad... Sarcos cared for me like grandma handles a desire. Produced my bike keys too, he had been making a copy but his duplicates function better than the original did.
I had a key. A normal hardware store didn't have the template to get the key, however Mr. Sarco failed, and took care of it immediately.

The owner of this locksmith runs down the stairs with a smile the instant the door opens. He's fast and knowledgeable, and I felt just like a special and valued client when I left.
