David came within 15mins of my call. It was 11:15de on a Sunday! I was in my home within 30mins. He was professional and gave me a few alternatives. At the conclusion he did not have to alter the knob and made me had to change my lock out the key. . .Fast, honest, reliable and easy. Thank you for your aid!! Mo

I would never recommend them if they need to break or make a new lock! It is a scam. I see them use a drill keys that are weird wrapped into my lock. Scratching at it up! Accomplished nothing! Their prices are baited and switches by this company. I was told 19.90 to come out after hours and 35.00 to begin selecting the lock. Very un man shows up in my house with a child that is rude that is very mad. States it will be 125.00. It was 8 at night and I only wanted in my house. He stated my garage lock was high security/high hazard and lied on the reception. The job took approximately 2 minutes since the man came unprepared and the portion was loading an app on my phone for a flashlight. Than he addled for tip.... The manager said that this man was a sub contractor rather than part of the provider. Well you tasked with him and sent him to my house. They and uncomfortable setting don't even deserve one star.

Excellent service! Very friendly, professional and prompt. Even though he got tied up at another occupation he let us know and showed with within reasonable time, particularly considering it 11pm! Keys were dropped, no spare and havent been able to find. He created a secret along with a duplicate on site Thank you

$165 to choose a lock in 2 min, then attempted to tell me there's a 7% service fee for credit card. I wish I would have called about. My fault for not confirming the range of costs for services. Despite it being cold and snowy the service was fast. The man was short, a bit rude and acted annoyed that I was paying him to do a job. Hopefully will make certain to get better quotes on charges and won't need to utilize this service again.

We are not people that are vengeful, but do testimonials whenever possible. Apparently is a theme for this company. We called 24/7 Locksmith Solutions in 801-903-2210 and were advised the charge for changing two home door locks will be $19 for every door and $19 for the visit, scheduled for 7 p.m. the following day. Close to the time of birth, and with NOT received the call to notify us of his birth, we called them. The tech told us he would come around 8:15 - 8:40 p.m. By 8:55 p.m.. He had not called, nor arrived! We called again and he said he would be there at 9:20p.m. Too late for us. So we ordered the next afternoon to a vist. "Emil" arrived and told me that the charge would be $26 for every lock, $20 for his visit AND labor, which he didn't specify. I explained the prices we were given over the phone and that he would have a sale when he kept his word. I encouraged him to contact his boss, to which he replied"I'm the boss" I advised him that our business was finished and he refused to leave until I paid him $20. I offered to call the authorities and dropped. He said he would waitblocking my driveway before the police arrived. I'd call the authorities and pioneered a police report. NOT a company that is respectable.
