Needed to get a new lock and the man Charlie could not have been nicer. Not the service that your expect. I would use them in a heartbeat time that I want a lock or am locked out of my residence.
On rekeying all my locks, customer service was excellent and did a job. Honored quoted price-no games. Thank you!
Monday evening, I called and was told by Charlie I would receive a call between 9am and 11am for him to come to my home for a crisis. I never got a call. Went with another company.
Absolutely fantastic. John managed to receive a key from my vehicle and handcut a brand new key. All at a very reasonable price. I highly suggest them.
