Great service from Matt last night. The wife & I were locked from the house and Matt out of Key and Door was discharged to help. He was very friendly arrived quickly within the time period and professional. We ended up having to go like that although he strove to do all he could to avoid a drill-out of the lock. We'll call again for pass & additional non-emergency related services out recommendations for Key and Matt/Door. I suppose they were discharged by AA Locksmiths? We'd called additional locksmiths in the region, one stated they did not cober residential lock-outs after 5:00pm (seriously?) , and one did not call back before Matt had arrived.
Professional, courteous, and meticulous. I called to have my own locks re-keyed and Ethan was able to come back same-day. He called two with updates concerning the arrival time, and when he came he was up front about all of the choices , related trade-offs and cost differences. I could not be more pleased with how our deadbolt that is new works and looks. Thank you Ethan!
