Got locked out of my Flat, called them and was Advised That There would be a service Charge for them to come out I ended up getting in my Flat and the fee was waved by them
They are scammers - there are other regional locksmiths that are far more reasonably priced. I have a feeling they do this to all customers based on reviews that I've read. Save yourself some money and don't use them!
Do not use this company! Their website along with the woman on the phone explained that their services begin at $40, however, the guy who arrived to unlock my lock explained it would be $150. The amusing thing is, he had that cost before he watched my door! I knew it would take him less than 3 seconds to open, based on times I've had to call locksmiths and he strove to make up reasons why it cost so much. Within two minutes he opened the door.
Do not utilize this service. Not the firm that comes. Rates are not advertised.
What a joke. Told me to remove after it is off a hitch lock try to charge 70? (45 minutes to select the lock) Only be fair, it is not hard. Went to Goodyear than I was originally quoted by them, and they billed less. (16.25)
If I called to discover why they failed to show for a scheduled appointment, and did not apologize. When they did eventually send somebody, he had been crude, rude and hostile. He did a very bad job, damaging existing locks, leaving trash everywhere and using components that are mismatched (distinct colors/types of alloy ). He had been completely careless. In addition, among the door handles he installed has failed, and that I had to employ another firm to replace it. Without including any additional services, the final price was TWICE the amount of the quote. I have tried contacting the business by both email and postal mail to try to resolve these issues. The email has been returned to me. Together with the USPS stating there is no such address the correspondence I sent to the Denver address on their website was returned. They haven't responded, although I delivered a letter to their address. In summary, they used materials, did a bad job, failed to appear, apparently use false email and postal addresses and are.
