If it was not for the fact they were already charging 29 $ to come out and that I needed to get in my apt I wouldn't use this provider again nor would I suggest using them. They got me in about a minute or two in my apt after showing then billed me $200 up. When I called I had been quoted 29$ series and 35$ and up depended upon which they had to perform. It might have been cheaper when I kicked in my door and purchased a new lock. Then charge you more, if you would like to save money use.
